I will definitely be calling them later today to be put in contact with a manager or someone in charge. I had a Apple Watch series two Zagg luxe tempered glass screen protector and I brought it to this Zagg kiosk to have it installed but first I asked them if it wouldn’t even fit because my watch is series 3. They said it’s the same and that it would fit. So they tried to install it and the sides wouldn’t stick properly to the sides of my watch face, the sides just kept lifting back up. So they tried two different glass screen protectors they had on hand and neither one worked. They told me that “sometimes it just happens” and “not everyone’s apple watches work with it” then they advised me to let them install an Ultra Clear screen protecting film which they would swap for my tempered glass one and then charge me $8 to install. I found out later on the Zagg website that the series 2 glass screen protector does NOT fit series 3. I specifically asked them about that but instead they gave me the wrong information and charged me only to take my higher quality product for a lower quality lesser value one. They cheated me out of my money by giving me the wrong information and telling me that my watch just wasn’t right or maybe had a defect with the screen not being flat. Keep in mind that my series 3 Apple Watch is BRAND NEW and shows absolutely no sign of any physical defect or screen abnormality.
When I called this Zagg location to discuss this the guy who spoke with me insisted that his associate worker was in the right and I was in the wrong because he said that they go by watch size (38 mm, 40mm) and they do not go by model. If some products specifically state what series they are for on the box than I call bs. Luckily the Zagg website Customer service actually helped me. There are two locations I went before and they always told me that my glass will be replace again if something bad happens between the 2 weeks so I asked the guy at that moment and he said yes. Then he took the glass off my phone and told me I need to pay 10$. I told him I am not gonna pay that because it’s free during the first 2 weeks. And he removed it without my permission. So I asked him to put it back, but he cracked my glass more than it was. and he told me I need to pay a new one because he won’t put any new. It was not my fault he did not understand what I asked at the beginning. He did not want to help me and I ended up paying his mistake because I was not gonna be with a huge crack that He made on my phone. About a year later, my screen protector had alot of wear and tear, I went back to bestbuy to have it replaced (they had me waiting for about 30 minutes) but due to "technical difficulties" they were unable to replace it for me...excuses...
** Days later I went to Glendale Galleria (next to apple & Lego store) where I was helped immediately without hesitation. There was no if's, and's, or but's. I highly recommend them there. They know what they're doing, and they don't waist your time. Worth the travel, no matter the distance...call in advance if you have questions, they are very helpful, even over the phone.
