I got a ring sized that was bought online for me on Valentines day. We waited 45 minutes because a newer associate wasnt sure how to put in a size change. Two other associates came over, one was a manager, to help him. He told me a price of $45 to have it sized and I said size it. The receipt he gave me stated $45 and he said yes it was $45. However, I got a call today that my ring was in but it was $70. I said no way it was $45. We went back and forth and she said it was $45 per size and I went up two and she was giving me a discount. I told her that was news to me and if I had known I would have sized it at the store next door as they charge $50. She had a manager call me back and she told me it would just be $45. I told her I'd be there at 4. I had to wait for her to get out a meeting and then she informed the sales clerk to over ride it. Sales clerk was semi rude and said for future reference its blah blah blah. I said that's fine. I wanted to check out the ring before I paid and when I looked at it, she said 'can I have the money now?' It was just very rude. Didnt even look at it for 5 seconds. They need to state it more clearly that its $45 per size as well as have it noted better on the receipt- all it says is $45. Furthermore, out of 2 associates and 1 manager, none of them told me anything other than it would cost $45 total. Unorganized and ill...
Read moreI went to the Sephora in the Berkeley mall because I needed an update on my foundation. I went on a weekend which understandably made the place busy, I was willing to wait what i needed to wait. After about 30 minutes waiting it was finally my turn. The girl that helped me out asked me if i had foundation on which i did, she gave me a cotton pad to wipe some of it off. Then she put the color iq machine on my cheeks instead of where I wiped my foundation off. She gave me the number and walked away from me. No asking me if I needed help with anything. Which was kind of rude but it’s fine. On top of that she got my color iq wrong. The foundation number she gave me was about four shades to light for me. I didn’t want to be treated rudely again so I left and walked off to the Belk makeup counter. Completely different experience. Yes I had to wait but the lady was incredibly nice and made sure I was happy with my foundation color. They definitely have a good range at Sephora in Berkeley mall but some of the girls there are extremely rude. Honestly I’d rather drive to Raleigh or Greenville becaue they’re nicer and defiantely...
Read moreSome of the rudest group of girls I’ve ever dealt with! I literally walked up, short red headed lady says “yes..?” I asked about if the gift card I would purchase would need to be inside that JcPennys or could it be used at any Sephora. She had so an awful attitude and was so unhelpful! This is the second chance I’ve given this store too! For this to be a new store they need some MAJOR attitude adjustments if they plan on making it in Goldsboro. I think bc they are the only make up location around they think they don’t have to be nice but that won’t work too long around here. You have to be nice and helpful!! I will and would rather drive to Raleigh to that Sephora were business is appreciated and you aren’t “helped” by some stuck up snobs! I have traveled to Raleigh this long and I will continue to! There is a WORLD of difference between how you aare treated in Goldsboro vs Raleigh. Take my advice- drive to Raleigh where your money and business will be...
