I went an got a foot massage the wife was so sweet. But her husband did my foot massage, when it was time to pay I gave the husband my card, it said I'd card error on there machine, so I told them to swipe again, it still said I'd card error, I made sure my card was not locked and did it again..the husband started screaming at me saying I'm tryna get over an I told him to see if it was the machine an his wife was telling him to calm down an an stop yelling at me .he was so angry. He told me to leave an said that $40 wasn't gonna hurt them...I really wanted to pay for my service but the machine kept saying error...I told him to try to reboot it an try it again...the wife apologized an said it's ok I can pay next time I come..there will never be a next time..I have never been treated that way at a massage spa..I was not tryna scam or use them for a free massage ..but the way the husband kept yelling at me an the wife has to actually hold him back he was yelling in my face. Worst experience ever..the husband will ruin there business acting that way...the wife was sweet as ever...she told himt I check the machine an he wouldn't he just kept yelling at me to get out....

Started off good then ended in annoyance. Made an appt and lady over phone was nice and professional. Arrived 10 min early for 30 min massage for $40. I suffer from osteoarthritis so after 6 months of nothing I really needed to release and relax my back as it's very stiff. Good deep massage and I planned on coming back monthly. My son actually spoiled me with this service as a birthday gift. I paid as have a tip. Then she says "more tip". I said this is a good tip for 30 min and no more because my son is paying for my birthday. She said "more tip better". That annoyed me and will not return as I believe as tip is a sign of appreciation and that I liked the service she gave. It doesn't mean they try and push and swindle for more than your willing to give. Tips are a courtesy not a requirement. Shame on that lady. And she lost a new customer that would have returned. Update* I have left 4 messages for the owner to issue refund as stated here on review. He has not called me back. Owner- please issue refund $43.20 and return my call...

Update: I’ve been here a total of three times now. My first experience was great. My 2nd time here I arrived only to find out they gave my appointment away when I was not even late so I left. My last and 3rd encounter was the last straw for me. We had a couples massage. My masseuse was obviously brand new and had no idea what they were doing. I left with matted hair and it was easily one of the worst massages I’ve ever received. My husband did the “special” they have which consist of bio electric massage, hot medicine, and 30 minutes massage. He did not receive a body massage at all. His mousses was literally answering her phone throughout the duration of our couples massage. This was a grand total of $300 + tip. I will not come back, no thanks! I could have went to a nice facility for this price and not this run down place.
