Don’t know if this location has switched staffs or not , but normally when I come in I have a pleasant experience today I did not. I should have turned around when the employee acted as if she did not want to put her cigarette out that she was smoking when i pulled up to go in and serve me. When we both went into the store i thought the employee would put her mask on considering she sounded very sick. Coughing and sniffling (also should’ve left then and there when i realized she was sick and prepared all the food that is sat out) she began to prepare my sandwich and my stomach started to turn because of how visibly sick she was , coughing and sniffling all over my sandwich and the rest of the ingredients in front of her. It was a very unpleasant site and experience , I REFUSED to eat the sandwich i just stopped her midway and asked if she just kept the sandwich (i know i shouldn’t have even let her begin preparing my sandwich but i thought she would mask up i don’t know..) it was very disgusting , i wish i would have gotten her name. But she had red hair and glasses and was the only one in the shop. If you eat from this place and you see her just turn around she is SICK and preparing the food there , go to the subway in the Walmart around the corner that’s what i did and had a way better experience. Read moreService my wife and I received from the employee by the name of diana was above and beyond. Came across as taking pride in her job and very respectful and courteous. However!.!.! Another employee by the name of Amaya was highly disrespectful and completely ignored our needs as subway guest and paying customers. Completely refused to acknowledge myself or my wife. Also completely refused to assist or aid any team member skills to her fellow employee. Instead of offering aid/help/ or team player skills she skipped two people in front of us that arrived after. Both customers only purchasing 6 " subs while my wife and I both purchased 12" subs 6 cookies and chips. To Amaya... You really need to learn how to be a team player. How to be kind and courteous. Also respectful and professional. Oh!!! Also. Learn how to stay off your phone when on the clock and not eating while not on break and PLEASE!!! Wash your hands. Read moreOrdered 3 subs and a salad at this location as well as two fountain drinks for pickup order. All 3 of our subs were made ice cold and none were toasted as they were suppose to be. The fountain machine was also out of order. The restaurant claims they called me to let me know but I sent screenshots providing my call logs with 0 missed calls from them. In addition to this, I also sent a screenshot showing that it is correct on my only pickup order. My elderly father picked up for us and wasn’t aware of what the order was suppose to be but I reached out as soon as he arrived home with said order. I am extremely disappointed and requested a refund as I am not going to be able to eat ice cold food and since they contain mayo I won’t be able to reheat it.
