Colorado Fruit Designs. — Attraction in Grand Junction

Today was my grandmas birthday and I wanted to do something a little different and special for her. I was recently in Colorado visiting family and I saw this cool place in the mall so today when I decided I didn’t want to do basic flowers I gave Colorado Fruit design a call. Their customer service was really good and they said they would be able to have it done same day within the next couple hours which was a bonus because I had to do this last minute. I chose the Comforting Embrace & added 3 pineapple doves as well. Was super excited for my grands to get this! I had a family member pick it up sense I’m out of state and when I got the pictures from my grandma I was very dissatisfied with how it turned out! It was absolutely nothing like the website photos. I could understand if it was a little bit off but it literally looks like they just piled everything in there at all the same height. There is 0 layers to this arrangement like in the photos, it kinda just looks like 1 big blob of fruit in a bowl. I attached 2 pictures below. 1 of the arrangement I should have received and 1 of what I got which you can clearly tell there was no care or effort involved into what they made me. To the owner I highly recommend quality control with your employees because what my grandma received was not at all what you advertised nor even similar. So disappointed and feeling catfished! One star cuz that’s all it will let me do but truly this is a ZERO star review. You try to support local and get this. Do not support them! Go to the larger companies for your arrangements cuz they’re the same price but you actually get what you order. Despite the site making you enter your zip code so you know what is available, we got bamboozled and I was so embarrassed to see what showed up for my friend’s birthday on 12/3/24. Additionally, not one resolution reply from them to fix this after 5 attempts through different contacts. What I ordered was on the left. Great quality products and excellent service but the pricing is not for the feint of heart. Even the simplest one has only 8 pieces of chocolate dipped fruit and a small balloon for $35. Delivery in the GJ area is an additional $12.99. Altogether, this one small box of chocolate fruit becomes a $50 purchase. Definitely something you only get for a very special occasion.

That being said, they have excellent customer service. My mother's day gift was accidentally delivered to the wrong address. Willy (William?) was quick to rectify the situation. Not only was he able to replace the missing package but also had it delivered the same day. He even gave me a follow-up call to make sure she had received the gift. My mom absolutely loved the gift even though it wasn't delivered on mother's day. Thank you Colorado...
