SF Supply — Attraction in Grand Rapids

Great place, even better staff. Always friendly and VERY knowledgeable. Any time I need something in a pinch, I know this is going to be the most likely place to get it. Everything from the electronics parts you could get at a RadioShack years ago to networking equipment and hard to find specialty cables. I tried to cover some of the non-milwaukee stuff in my pictures but there is still more to be seen in the store. Staff seemed knowledgeable but wasn’t interested in repairing my power tool. They looked at it and said they didn’t have the parts to repair it after Milwaukee power tools recommended them to do the repair. They also asked me to pay for shipping to send the tool in. Milwaukee has a website that you can use to ship for free and they will repair or replace it for free. Because they don’t have the parts why should I have to pay to send in a tool that there not going to repair anyway. This is not how you take care of customers. I will not make any purchases from...

All I have to say is wow! This place is definitely a lot bigger than it appears from the parking lot. They have the biggest selection of Milwaukee tools/products I've ever seen. The prices are really good too and there are a ton of package deals and freebies/rebate offers as well. I had a contractor buddy tell me about this place and how vast their selection was and really wasn't prepared for just how much they had... Needless to say I WILL be returning.. Great another "candy"...
