All Tech Computers — Attraction in Grants Pass

My wife and I took are lap top into get the charger port fixed and they had to order the part which was fine it only took 3 day for the part get to them. i had are lap top back but still would not charge so the people at all tech said o it must be the battery so they them ordered a battery. And all this time we had are computer and could use it will it was plugged in so then the battery comes if from being orderdand i take it back in to them to finish fixxing and about two days later we get are computer back and they say o it still does not charge but you can use it while it is plugged in. so i then come home and went to go use are computer and it will not power on and i can not use are computer at all. So i then take it back and 2 days later they ( the people of all tech) call me and tell me that the mother board is no good is y it will not power on or charge. so my wife and i then though we need someone else to look at it so we take it to a very well know computer place in grants pass and he goes throught are computer and calls me and tell me that the mother board is no good and that it is from the mother broad not being grounded when all tech was fixxing the charging port or the battery they put in it was the wrong one. SO IF YOU LIKE YOU COMPUTER AND ENJOY IT I WOULD NOT TAKE IT TO THESE PEOPLE OR YOU WILL BE HAVING TO BUY A...

I cannot give higher marks for this group of techies. Michael is definitely my go to computer guy. I am just sorry that I did not find him sooner! My situation was very complicated and he managed to figure it out and get me back up and running after "prick shister" computer place failed miserably - held my computer captive for 4 weeks and returned it to me w/o fixing it, but said it was fixed. After many phone calls and feeling the information I was given was not accurate, I can't acted Michael at Alltech....he immediately provided me with information that I could verify, took time to help me choose the parts that would beat suit my needs.
