I would like to start off by saying thank you guys for buying my video game collection from me you guys are more then fair and give out standing offers for what I brought in and I thought I was going to get low balled not here at this place! You all had the heart to buy everything I had at the time witch was exactly $600.00 cash money im my pocket and I thank you guys for that I was in desperate need of food and drink at the time we had absolutely nothing in our house at the time but that all change hate to act like I was so hard up but I was at the time not any more! I was also able to treat my mom to mexican food that day across from river side park where the Mexican food is alway top notch! On top of that I was also able to pay for everything we also needed at bi mart in grants pass and it was a feeling of success for me that day lifted my spirits and made us very grateful. This day was also my birthday that day when you guys help any us out. Game swap for all your gaming needs and if you got anything video game related to sell this is the place to go! Clean store to walk around in the only thing that put me on edge was you guys had a customer come in and he was getting alittle bit to close to us and our items but after he left the feelings were over I know the dude had problems so I cut him some slack and quickly chilled out. I’m very sad to be giving this review- I have been a loyal game swap customer for as long as I can remember- at least 15 years- have always loved everything about it. Especially when they moved to video world. So the issue- I’ve been on a waiting list for Pokémon fire red for about 6 months- finally got a call day before yesterday (Wednesday) they called about 1130 am- I told the guy I couldn’t pick up tonight (I work at mocks and was doing a bed that night) I said I could pick it up tomorrow after work (Thursday) he said ok. So Thursday after work- I got there about 546-6 and I was told they don’t hold it for days And that he didn’t hear me say I’d come in tomorrow! Yet he responded on the phone like he herd me just fine! and He said that they just sold it an hour ago- I told the guy you just called me yesterday and I showed him my call log- It was one day- and he didn’t even offer to put me on the list again! Game Swap has always been a good dealer of games to me. Decent, friendly service, helpful if needed, and they almost always have good prices. They also have a supply of older games that none of the other retailers have. And calling in ain't too bad either. They always answer the phone in a well-mannered tone and will do their best to find the product your looking for. Plus, their holding services have been useful to me as well. Need to secure a game, but you don't get paid until Wednesday? Just call and see if they have it, and put it on hold for up to 3 days. As for trading and selling, they give the best prices for your stuff, and will give you even more in store credit.
