Todd's Music & Sound — Attraction in Great Falls

What an experience this weekend at the Women’s Expo. I was working a booth for my business and my ten year old son was so mesmerized by Todd’s Music and Sound booth with guitars and ukuleles. They were having a free drawing for a ukulele and Quinn was so excited at the prospect of getting one. The drawing came and Quinn’s ticket didn’t get picked. As Quinn was walking away one of the staff told Quinn to come back and pick out one for himself. I was blown away by the generosity that Todd and his team showed my son. Quinn picked out the ukulele he wanted and as they were packing it up Todd asked Quinn if a ukulele was the instrument he had his heart set on. Quinn told him the guitar was his favorite so Todd told him to pick out one of those instead. Todd blew my sons world up by his generosity and caring for those interested in music. I called Todd's Music and Sound after receiving a Fender Strat to ask about having it set-up when I noticed a few problems with the guitar. It was my first time in the store and it was a genuinely great experience - the staff at Todd's were warm, welcoming, and able to answer every guitar-geek question that came to mind. Great service and the tech work was spot-on. All of the work I had ordered was done in an hour and the Stratocaster now plays like a dream. Sometimes, when it comes to music stores, I walk in not knowing exactly what I'm looking for. I like to window shop on my own and these guys let me do just that. Came and greeted me at the door, and let me do my thing. But even window shopping at this store is near impossible! I still walked out with a bag of goodies that I couldn't resist haha! I love the atmosphere, I love what there doing with there acoustic room is amazing! The drum room is awesome!
