Well hey, I've been to Festival at least a hundred times certainly, since they are open around the clock, stopping there after work at nights. Excellent pick of chow there. Sure, you could save a few buckeroos on a basket of grub a block away at a superstore. But then you would have to put up with less quality and service. At Festival Foods, everyone is respectful and what you buy there is top-notch at decent prices. It is spacial without worrying about bumping into others. Yet well-stocked with all kinds of (again, high quality) ingredients for a perfect meal. There is an good atmosphere there. Even the customers respect each other. Heck, I even know some of the workers names from small chat without interrupting the flow. Don't forget to check out the "reduced prices" section in the meat department. Still good but use it soon, ha. Anyways, at any rate, and how... Festival Foods is a good chow store. Oh, and good wine and spirits too. So that's how it...
Read moreI visited the store tonight and I went to the service desk to checkout. I only had 2 items and was walking past so I figured it would be quicker. I got the most horrible service, the African American male has no customer service what so ever. When I put my items on the counter he basically ignored me for about 1 and a half minutes. There was no greeting, no eye contact and I think he may have even mumbled my total if I was lucky. He acted like he was busy but all he had to do was staple a receipt to a scratch ticket but dragged it out. Very rude!! When he had to put the sticker on my box of soda he then had to make the sticker roll perfect taking extra long to do that. People dont go to the store for slow, poor service. I have heard complaints about him before but never experienced it 1st hand until tonight. How does 1 stay employed with this kind...
Read moreThe store is nice and clean. Definitely alil pricey but worth it in the end. They have nice produce and a well stocked store. I usually go for the sale items and stick to what I need from that store. That is the only store I have found that have large crab legs like king crab. They had a nice sale on them not too long ago. I definitely don't mind going here since it's right up the street from my house. Also good thing that I signed up for their festival gas rewards program. They partnered up with Kwik trip.. that is the only gas station I use now. It was a toss up between fleet farm and Kwik trip usually But since they have been keeping the gas prices lower and the points add up, taking it off at the pump makes a great combo, can't go wrong there. Anything to save a...
