I've lived in Greenway for a little over year. I absolutely love this place. The apartments are laid out perfectly for tons of space and storage, great kitchen space, and the french doors and windows to the balconies give so much light to the apartment. My apartment has polished concrete floors (some have hardwood) and that's a rare find in an apartment.
The amenities are great, as well. Multiple places for sitting around with friends and relaxing, grills that are well-kept and have easy access, a gym and fitness classes like yoga. While not a Greenway amenity, Deep Roots Market is across the street, and there is a bar and a couple of restaurants nearby, so it makes it easy to come home and walk to wherever you need to go.
Last but not least, the staff here are exceptional. I travel a lot, so I can shoot the leasing office staff an email and I'll have a response within the day. If I ever have any questions or issues, they respond and resolve the problem quickly. This year, the leasing office sent out a questionnaire asking residents ways to improve the community, and they started making changes based on the questionnaire immediately. They truly are focused on improving the...
Read moreThe amount of visitor parking vs the amount of empty spaces is rediculous. Don't swing by to see your friend for a few or you'll get a 160$ boot on your car while you stare at the 30 plus empty spots in the parking lot. I swear the management has a crooked deal with the boot company. Nice job Greenway, such a wonderful company 👏since I can't reply to the property owners response , I'll note the time was 1130 and we parked in the same row as the visitor parking , where for some reason they have only 8-10 spots and two unmarked spots right by the dumpster. Why set a row along the back and leave 3 spots without visitor marking? Also the lot was barely half full. You have over100 spots and less than 10 visitor spots. So I guess it's hard to set aside one full row for visitors while you have half an empty lot for your residents. For such an upscale community you seem to really take pride in limiting your residents ability to have...
Read moreI lived at Greenway Fisher Park for 3 years and really enjoyed my time there. I was in the Bellemeade floor plan and it was perfect for me and my cat. I loved being close to all the cool bars and shops downtown and the Greenway bike path. The management at Greenway was always very nice and helpful. Maintenance requests were completed fast and they were always very considerate of me working from home. I would definitely suggest these apartments to people looking to live near downtown Greensboro. My only complaints are that the water pressure was very low and it wasn't able to be fixed when I brought it up to maintenance. The kitchen sink was so low sometimes that it took almost a minute to fill a cup of water. Also, once my boyfriend moved in with me we were only allowed 2 cars (1 per person on the lease). If we could have had 1 more car with better water pressure we would have seriously considered...
