I want to share my experience with NY jewelry. I bought a necklace there for $400 and to get a nameplate added was another $200 which was fine. The issue now is my hook on my necklace was broke, I took it to be fixed, They harassed me to come pick it up, picked it up and one day I happened to take off my necklace and noticed the hook had turned and it's black in the inside, I had already been warned by my son's dad to make sure they replace with real gold. I am so mad, I called and told them the hook had turned and it's not real gold and that I paid $80 for them to fix it and also told them I was warned in advance they would replace with fake gold. Their excuse was to bring it in for them to clean it and that the shop put a piece of fake gold in the middle of the hook but they can show me on it where it says 10kt. I am going to have to now spend money and take my chain somewhere else to make sure a real gold hook is replaced. Cheap ssa people. I am so upset. Con artist ssa business. They need to close down wasting...
Read moreMy boyfriend bought me a necklace for Valentineâs Day as a gift. He gave it to me at 7:30pm. I was showering around 9:40pm same night the necklace broke. My bf brought it back to the store the next day and paid for another one. Itâs less than a week now and the chain Lobster Clasp (the lever part where you pull down to open and closed the chain) is now loosen and the chain wonât lock. Me and my boyfriend went up to the store on 2/22/22 to see if they can fixed it. They told him that it doesnât come with warranty and he will have to pay to get in fixed. I wouldnât recommend anybody coming here to purchase anything. The quality of their products sucks. Save your money and go elsewhere to get excellent quality jewelry. I had to cuss my bf out cause Iâm not exactly sure why he came here to buy anything for me. I have fake jewelry that has last me longer with no problems. Smh over $450 wasted...
