If this review could show the 0 STARS that I want to give it, it would. My family and I visited this restaurant about 2 weeks ago. It was just a table of 4. We received the absolute worst service we could have gotten anywhere, and that’s coming from a family that’s been in customer service for years. Specifically restaurant service. Our server was very inattentive. We ordered a monster margarita which btw their prices are not noted anywhere because according to the manager it’s ‘market price’ although that’s not noted anywhere either. The margarita was literally water and ice. No flavor, no tequila, nothing. We asked our server to please fix it or provide us the items to fix it. They responded by saying it was fine and we were wrong. A couple minutes later a cup of juice was dropped at our table so we could fix it ourselves. We had to get to our concert so we paid and left. The next day we questioned why our bill was so high. My daughter went back and asked for the receipt. Turns out a monster margarita is near $50!!!! Yup you heard that right. It wasn’t even big! That’s the worst part. The manager who has terrible service skills, refused to show us on their systems what the prices were. He kept saying it was ‘market price’ funny how down the street not even a mile you can purchase a whole pitcher of top shelf for less than $50!!!! So where’s the market price this so called manager kept referencing to?? Just so you can keep an eye on your bill, I’m pretty sure they’re either profiling or discriminating or even raising prices to reach their limit to add a gratuity even though their service is trash. We asked to have the owner call us because we received different information every time we called. Not one person could tell us a set price for their items. Funny right? Anyways don’t come here. Worst experience ever. Imagine how many people they’ve price gauged? Lol

Read moreMy family and I have been coming to this restaurant since they opened and hardly ever experienced any issues. Today will be the last time we ever go to a Santa Fe chain. The “manager” Miguel, was rude, did not act like a manager what so ever, argued with me, basically called me a liar. We arrived at 330pm and waiting for a table about 15-20 minutes. We were a party of 8. Other people came in around the same time and was leaving and we were still waiting for food to be delivered. We sat and our server took our drink orders and brought them out to us about 10 minutes after. He then did not take out order, he assisted other tables around us. Came back to us about 25 minutes later and finally took our order. We then waited 48 minutes for the food to be delivered. My husbands steak was cold. Fries were cold. I was over it. I asked the girls at the desk to get the manager. Waited 10 minutes. The server came and my husband told him he was not happy with the food and he took the plate. Did not ask for a replacement or anything. Was gone a few minutes and came back and brought us the check and did not say a word. I said oh no, I want the manger now please. We then waited about 15 minutes before the so called “manager” came. Instead of apologizing, or try to fix anything, he said “ I know the server and have worked with him for many years” I said I do not care, we have been here now for 2 hours and he then said and pointed and the ticket “ the time is right here, you waited 48 minutes” I said waited 48 minutes since he put in the order of food. Not waiting for drinks and waiting to take our order! He continued to argue back to me that we didn’t wait long. The unprofessionalism of the manager is the cut off point for me. We did not treat anyone bad or the server and asked for a manager and the manager is the one who treated us very poorly, as if we were the ones there doing...
Read moreWe ate here while in town for a tournament. The place was packed and extremely poorly run! Just waiting to get a table by the front door was horrible. No one engaged us although they were there right in front of us continuing to do whatever they were doing. There was an obviously handicapped man, barley standing with a walker that needed assistance after being seated near the front entrance and they never looked up at him. Someone with him had to wave them down to get their attention to relocate him as the booth wouldn't work for him. Then they came and yelled at us that a high Top was open at the bar. We ordered and sat there for an hour and a half. No meal delivered. No chips and salsa replenished as asked either. I had to get up and go over to the bar tender who was frantically trying to keep up with his orders and ask why people that arrived after us were all receiving their food. He made a call back to the kitchen and we sat and waited longer...I asked again..he called again..15 minutes later, we got an order that was completely different than what we ordered. We saw a couple sitting near us get two dishes of food and say "this isn't what we ordered" and get up and leave. We get that things can get busy and hectic but management that knows what they are doing can handle a busy night and if you are too overwhelmed, turn people away! We had to be up early the next day for a competition and this was an absolute waste of our time. We ended up partially eating what we were served because we were starving and couldn't wait another hour...The food was just average,...
