I want to take a second or two to recommend TECH SOLUTIONS LLC as you first “go to place” to solve your computer or network problems, but first I want to thank Dan for all he did to get my equipment back up and running like new. I acquired a virus that slowly made them useless. I thought that I had a router problem and contacted Netgear tech service to help me. For $99.99 I got 30 days of tech support. What I got was my computer cleaned up and everything working along with an embedded virus that they controlled.(they were not Netgear but very very professional.) When I realized that my computer was still hacked, I google for a computer tech close to me. TECH SOLUTIONS was the closest. I gave them a call and was told they could be at my place the next afternoon. Since that did not work for me Dan came out the next day. Saturday He spent more then four hours cleaning up the mess then recommended that he take it back to the shop to download my data to a safe hard drive, run a clean sweep, reformat my hard drive and reinstall my data to my hard drive. He brought it back to me the next day (SUNDAY) and installed Windows 10, my new Norton’s security program, and got all my other devices up and running. Since I no longer had the keys to my Excel and Word, he had to order me a key for Office10, that I downloaded the next day. Dan had more then 6 hours in my home getting all my devices working like new, and at a price less then what BestBuy was going to charge me for installing Windows 10 and Office 10.

My wife and I along with our neighbors could not believe the price he charged. AND on a weekend. Watching my “tech” friends “work” on my laptop and watching Dan work on it, was clear the he was not doing trial by error work. He KNEW what he was doing and why Dan is a true professional, educated, honest, and “service above self” tech. And ALWAYS asking anything else I can do for you.

Technician Gabe was incredibly kind and proactive. He quickly ordered and overnighted a replacement battery in an effort to get my iPad working again. Unfortunately, when the battery arrived, technician Wendy discovered the real issue was with the motherboard. Although the iPad ultimately couldn’t be repaired, Wendy didn’t stop there.

Wendy generously offered to stay after hours—literally two hours past closing—to ensure all my data was transferred from the non-working iPad to the new one I eventually purchased. Her dedication meant I was up and running on my new device and ready to work without missing a beat.
