This is re: all AMC theateres in general. First off the addition of recliners was needed and a great idea! However, it seems the recliners at the beginning actually reclined. It seems like more and more of them more so just slightly tilt back and feet elevate ever so slightly with plenty of room for more.
Second: The freestyle soda machines In my opinion were a waste. More options but simply put they dont taste good and produce an inferior product to what a regular fountain soda does. In the past you could justify paying the rediculous prices cause you at least knew it was gunna be a “good Coke”! Self serve is great but bring it back ole school. I have never had a soda from any establishments free style machine that tasted as good as the regular fountain.
Third: Concessions! The prices are just rediculous and the sizes go from small to jumbo with no in between and that goes for popcorn and drinks! As a solo patron it sucks having to get that monster popcorn bucket for just yourself knowing at least half is going in the trash. Could be somethinh like: 1 scoop=kids bag, 2 scoop= individual, 4scoop= bucket.
Next up while we’re speaking of popcorn, the corn is great! Self buttering, oh yeah but the problem is u have this massive tub of popcorn and it’s pretty hard to get buttered properly and it sucks to just have the top layer have butter and the rest suck and who wants to get up from the movie to re-butter multiple times. Why not have rectangular box wich offers much better distribution. Most of the theaters have a cardboard tray you can request so why not just serve in these or something similar. I would imagine it would also drastically reduce the butter consumption as people would not be drenching there treat to scarily unhealthy levels trying to make sure they got some butter in the bottom of the bucket!
So in a nutshell, give me a recliner that reclines. (Nowadays I dont go unless I have a reclining seat)
-Bring back ole school fountain soda if u want to make it freestyle have pumps with flavor add ins 🤔 like cherry, vanilla, lemo etc. This could actually generate more sales as people would justify spending for a unoque treat no one else has. You could also have coffees available.
-Offer a middle size
-Give us popcorn in a tray which makes butter distribution...

They recline, you have a privacy wall between each row so you dont get someone else's feet in your hair or your feet in someone else's hair. The seats are large. The theater smelled very nice, no sticky floors. The only reasons I didnt give it 5 whole stars is because the screen had some damage spots, like dark spots which I could see throughout the movie, this was in the number 4 cinema. It didnt ruin the movie but it was noticeable and a smidge irritating for me. And the prices on concessions was a bit outrageous. I think its like that in all movie theaters though. Lol
The staff are very friendly, very helpful and eager to answer all your questions. They were very knowledgeable as well which is awesome. The bathrooms are decent. They didnt stink and they weren't dirty, they were well stocked. The air conditioning works VERY well, next time Ill be brining a sweater, I got a little chilli in my summer dress and flip flops! If you are usually a overheated person then you will definatley cool down in this theatre. I liked that it was cool. I hate sitting in a movie sweating. I'd rather be cold and cover up than hot and sticky. The recliner seats are leather so its good they keep it cool so you dont stick to the seats. The seats were clean too. They didnt smell like body odor or anything dirty or bad. They smelled like regular leather recliner seats. So they keep it clean. That's the best part.
I do wish the sound was more "surround sound" but i sat in row F while I was there and thats pretty far back, ill be sitting closer next time. But I was able to hear the movie very well from row F so I cant complain too much.
All in all I'd give it a solid 4.8 stars. This is a fantastic movie theater. As close to perfect as I've found yet. I will be back many times. I dont mind the hour and a half long drive to come to this...

We arrived at 1055pm, walked inside, was greeted by NO ONE. Then as we were walking in, someone stopped us for our tickets..we scanned our phone and we to the consessions...as I was reading the menu above, my dated asks for a large popcorn and a drink and right after, I asked for a small pizza and drink...there was only one young guy behind a register and a short guy walking back n forth behind the counter, cleaning and picking up. The young guy says, "uh we only have popcorn. The kitchen is closed" I said politely, "I'm sorry, u said the kitchen is closed but you have an 11pm showing of a new released movie, its 1105am, and your kitchen is closed??" The short guy then looks up and says, "yea, 11pm movie means the kitchen closes at 11pm" I then asked again, "excuse me, did u say the kitchen was closed? I must have miss heard you again" And neither he nor the young guy said anything else to me. It was poor customer service. It was poor quality. It was dirty and sticky in the movie theater. Attitude from every single employee. If you're wondering why or how this theater was run down before they got some updated seats and lighting...its because of...
