I’ve been going to Dr Rosengarten for over 20 years. My parents as well. I’ve tried other doctors because I wanted someone closer, (not because I wasn’t happy with Rosengarten)but I always return to him. He never makes you feel rushed. He’s gotten me in super quick when I’ve had issues. Same day when my contact had broke apart and he took so much time trying to find the tiny piece. My experience with Dr. Rosengarten was great! But, I just received a phone call from the receptionist letting me know that SHE failed to get my information when I was there for my appointment and come to find out you don't take my insurance, now I have to pay. I would of never went back with him if I would have known that. She was not with another customer and had the ability to ask for this information while I was filling out paperwork. This would be her error not mine, and I would like a call back...
