I had a great experience with the doctor and staff until I didn't recieve the $590 glasses I ordered. I kid you not, I checked at the two week mark when they were supposed to be done, they said "Our cutter isn't in this weekend, so check again Monday or Tuesday". I Call Tuesday, and I'm told "Well the lenses just shipped today, so they should be done Friday." I call Friday, "Well we haven't recieved the lenses yet because they haven't shipped, I don't know why someone gave you a date, they are not supposed to It's against policy, but we may get them this weekend". That is the best one, because I called today and they gave me another date. Nothing until maybe after September 4th. I'm sure glad I didn't need the glasses I made an appointment to get, I'm also glad the employees here have no idea what is going on and contradict each other every time you call while giving you a generic "It's not our fault line". Never again. I get it, things happen, fews days, a week late I can understand. But to tell me different excuses everytime I call and then say it could be a month late? Not excusable. I will not return here for another eye exam or...

So I came in maybe 3weeks ago . I have in the last year bought 5 pairs of glasses and sunglasses from this store . So this last time I was in an accident and my glasses got lost . So when I went into the store I was greeted by Alyssa . I explained what happened and how I have bought so many pairs from that store and how my insurance isn't going to cover me and I really don't want to pay another $400-$500 for another pair of glasses because I've already bought 5 pairs from there previous .So Alyssa went above and beyond to help find me a pair that I liked and for the dollar I wanted to spend . Listen don't try to negotiate with Aylssa she will win everytime . I tried and tried and everytime she told no Josh that's happening . Needless to say I enjoyed the time and people that are at that store . If you need a pair of glasses or sunglasses stop in and see AYLSSA . She will go above and beyond to find the right pair for you or your family .

The eye exam office is a joke. You can’t schedule online even tho there’s a perfectly good button for it. Even if you call in and schedule an appt they won’t have it scheduled. This is the second time I’ve gone in for an eye exam and there’s been no appt. I called on Wednesday spoke with a lady named Brenda and set an eye exam for Friday at 12(today 6 mins ago) and the office told me there’s no appt and nothing they can do even tho they messed up. I told Brenda on Wednesday when she asked “would you like a phone call tomorrow to confirm or should I confirm it now” I told her to confirm it now no need for the call. Apparently that was the wrong move. I won’t be back to this lens crafters ever again. Problem solving for your customers isn’t a thing...
