Very unpleasant experience. We visited the store to buy a class ring for my son. We had already been on the website an had a full design of the ring. The assistant manager proceeded to argue with me about the design we had picked out. She got the book for the class rings saying that it was not in the book. I asked to look at the book she handed it to me then ripped it out of my hand. Then walked away leaving the book behind.i opened the book and found everything we were asking for.
As she was on the other side she started to speak in Spanish not knowing I could understand her. I asked her to come back in Spanish and she was surprised. As we were at the counter to make the order she said it would be a different price then what I had got from the website and saying I would also have to pay for shipping when the price I had said $0.00 for shipping. She called someone on the phone and told her the situation and the person on the phone told her to give me a phone number and to leave the store.
After we had left I got a notice that my credit had been ran without my permission.
All I can say is stay away from this store! I will no longer shop at daniels After 20 years of being a loyal customer!
This store does not deserve 1 start I wish there...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe visited Daniels Jewelers on 8-30-2024 because we had been pre-approved on line and was informed to go to are local store (Daniels jewelers) we informed the employee what we needed which was a wedding ring for my wife ,,, they asked for my I.D. and with out telling me they ran 2 full credit checks on me... why did they run 2 credit checks on me when I already was approved on line we waited almost 2 hours to hear her say 400 was needed down to get my wife's wedding ring,,, on line they said $ 189 was all I had to put down... we left Daniels jewelers empty handed and embarrassed and Humiliated... what kind of Business you Running...update 9-4-2024 there has been no apologies from Daniel's Jewelers regarding are complaints ,,,, the Manager lied to There Corporate office and said all has been resolved... ..what a bunch of lies.....all they offered was future credit are you kidding us we...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy wife took my granddaughter in to see if they could help with a problem we have been having with the diamond earrings we purchased and the people working at this store were rude and unprofessional.gave us two earring backs guess what they don't fit.absouletly horrible service.we brought our granddaughter in the store and with the earrings would have been simple to check and make sure the backs fit.we will be filing a more formal complaint with the Corp office as well.This happened Thursday around 1pm.update Taylor the manager resolved this issue very happy with the manager...
