I've been to this location a couple of times because it's closer and more convenient to me but everytime I go there's always something wrong. Today I ordered 4 bowls for takeout and when I went to pick it up, she gave me a bag tied with my bowls (assuming that all 4 are in there). When I took it and left, that same girl ran out and met me in the parking lot saying "you forgot your 4th bowl" I was so confused because she only gave me one bag and then tried to turn it around on me like I was the one who forgot it. Then I got home and opened the bag and saw that I was also missing 4 mad sauces that I paid extra for. Aside from all that, the orange chicken is very dry here. I would recommend not coming to this location but if you MUST I would tell them not to tie the bag so you can check each individual order as they frequently get it wrong... Read moreI have been coming to teriyaki madness for years. I stopped there today because I didn't feel like cooking. I ordered 2 teriyaki chicken breast bowls with fried rice and vegetables. I came early because I figured everything would be fresh. I was wrong. The chicken was extremely dry and tasted like it was from days before. I was shocked because I have been to numerous locations throughout Las Vegas and this location I expected to be one of the best. I paid $32.00 for 2 regular sized bowls and even gave a tip.
Whoever is managing this location please make sure the chicken is fresh or not over cooked. This was my first meal of the day and now I lost my appetite.
Also, the rice was mushy. For $15.00 I expect more fresh. You will see the mushy rice in the picture I've added. Fried rice is NOT supposed to taste like this.
I am not happy at all.

Sounds simple enough. 10 mins pass with no signs of anyone even looking outside. So I walk in side and they never even received my order even though I got changed to my bank and I got a second email saying my food was being prepared. Well after showing my order confirmation on my phone they made me place a SECOND order and when I asked for a refund for my first order, the girl that first helped me says they cant do that.
