Sunset Esplanade — Attraction in Hillsboro

Honestly, this strip mall area seems extremely ghetto. The store's hair are not but the people who are around here definitely are. As soon as I got out of my car someone approached me asking me for money. I then offered them to buy them some food as I didn't have cash and they asked me to go buy them a gift card instead. I went to Dollar tree and bought him a gift card and spoke to the person with the counter there and I said yeah that person's actually here and they're going to end up buying a video game gift card with the gift card you're giving them. Obviously I can't control that and wasn't able to intervene but it shows the type of clientele that was here. Things seem kind of run down overall on the outside. However, there is an abundance of parking which I do love. The parking was all striped which again I do love and there's lots and lots of stores here, which I do love. This is an ideal setup. Run of the mill in every respect besides being located in a very accessible area of the city of Hillsboro. The location save the day (and the commute). very handy when I need to get medication or supplements ("Target"), return an unwanted merchandise ("The UPS Store"), and get a bunch of 2x4 lumber for my latest project (across the street at "Home Depot" or "Lowes") . Occasionally, I visit the other side of the street and shop at "Bi-Mart" or I may (less frequently though) buy a pair of discounted sport shoes ("Big-5"). Even my gym ("Shute Park Aquatic and Recreation Center") is only half a mile away, which makes access to shopping and services very easy.
