Hiram 278 Theater Park & Ride Lot — Attraction in Hiram

Despite Mr Hunter's best efforts which he is an awesome guy; I won't blame it on him; there's always an issue at these theaters sound goes out, no butter for the popcorn some employees brand new they don't know what they're doing, etc.. I know firsthand from my job good help is hard to find, I work nights so I don't get them much chance to really determine when I can go watch a movie, and a few times that are months apart there's always some problem of some kind. They did give me some free passes but it would do no good if the movie starts real late and we encounter any kind of problems. No trailers also. Love to see them. Wanted to see Black Adam's nothing but headache playing music, until late...

Decided to go to movies after 3 years due to Covid, I decided to attend Black Panther at 4:00pm. After the playing of previews, everyone was left sitting in theater for 20 to 30 minutes waiting on movie. No one came to tell us that they wouldn't be airing the movie. The manager did not address the issue until after the popcorn popper addressed it. I received a refund for a hour and a half of my time not including travel and rearranging my day. Manager seemed not to care. Is this what customer service looks like today? Why is my time so...

It was Father's Day 2024 and my children took me to watch The Watchers. There was a group of teenagers in there that were extremely teenager. It was so bad I had to be a Karen and ask the manager if we could watch a different movie instead because of all the commotion. There wasn't any hesitation. They got us a different movie the same night, Bad Boys 4, which was great! Extremely great staff.
