Hoboken 14th St Pier — Attraction in Hoboken

It’s to long of what happen. Short story is I arrived 30mins early for my time, nothing was there nor was the boat even on. No one was there. I even received another email that day making sure I don’t miss the boat. They lied in the email and then calling the company, she pretty much called us a lair and said they were there.
