Been my favorite pizza place since I was a kid, but I can't ignore the steady decline in service over the past couple years...
Recently been having an issue where my order isn't being made right. I've placed the same order for years (Sicilian pie w/ pepperoniānothing more, nothing less) and there have been multiple occasions where I go to get the pizza and it's a round pie.
Normally, it's fine and I understand mistakes happen. First time it happened, I just took the pizza, said thanks, and left. Since then, I've made a conscious effort to specify that I want a "Sicilian" pie and receive a conformation that they heard it (usually by having them say my order back to me). But still, this keeps happening...
My main problem is that the guy at the register, when confronted about the mistake, rudely insists (each time) it's my fault the order isn't right because "I" did not specify I wanted a Sicilian pie when he definitely repeated my order to me, exactly how I said, over the phone.
I'm not the type to get argumentative, but this keeps happening, and I won't let your employees tell me I made a mistake when they're the ones who screw up (and they're costing me an extra 20 mins of my time to get the order I know I placed, which is adding insult to injury). I have better things to do than walk back and forth from my apartment to Uptown multiple times to get my (overdue) dinner.

Yesterday afternoon (about 12:30) I order a pie for pick up. The girl that answers the call tells me 20 mins. I arrive 25 mins later. When I walk in & tell the girl that I am here for a large pie pick up, I see her turn to the pizza maker & she says something in Spanish. I then see the pizza maker frantically making a pie. The girl looks at me & says 5 more minutes. I ask her if the pie is already in the oven. She tells me YES. 5 minutes later I see the pizza maker pull the pie out that he was frantically making 5 minutes earlier. I ask the girl if that was my pie. She says YES. The PIE WAS RAW. At this point I look at the girl & tell her that it is in her best interest not to LIE to the customer & try to sell me a raw pie. I get nothing but attitude & confusion from her. She knows damn well what she did. Don't treat your customers like idiots. Words of wisdom to the owner.....find workers that value your clients instead of treating...

They couldn't call to tell me that so I didn't just eat a slice of pizza for dinner?? Then I called and the girl who works there said ....ok? Then I realized the pizza we ordered was missing toppings paid for, so more attitudes until she sent another slice and garlic bread, which we thought was on the house for the confusion. Turns out they didn't tell the delivery guy this so he waited and tried to get us to pay until I explained to him it was supposed to be free as told. Their pizza was not bad which is why I'm giving it two stars and maybe their food is great, but because of that girl's rude attitude, I will go to any other place...
