   Read more**To all readers, please check the owner's response to the negative reviews. Either the negative reviews were not responded to or were defended with great audacity which shows the attitude of the owner towards the customers.
This was my first time at this particular UPS store. After reading all the negative reviews I was a little hesitant to visit the store but since I needed the notary services urgently, I decided to visit the store.
To my dismay, the experience was really bad. The guy in the store is extremely rude. He started questioning the documents even when I was ready to show him the originals. He did not even bother to look at the originals I wanted to show him and did not even hear most of the stuff I tried to explain. His behavior I thought depended largely on who you are, how you look! (The other review of 'tape' guy states exactly the same). I am not sure if they have some bias toward specific people (I am deliberately not using the word 'rac*' here as I hope that is not the case.)
I would request the owner to please look into the matter.
**My reply to owner's response - First of all, when I was trying to explain you the document, you just walked off. It was one single document. You never even attempted to see the original.
Secondly, attestation is charged by the number of 'attestations'. An example - if there is paper trail which spans for 2 pages but is a part of same document, will you charge for 2 documents? I was trying to explain you the same only if you would have allowed me to.
Finally, about the racial discrimination, if you see the bad reviews, almost all are from 'a' certain type of people. I referred to the reviews on social media (it was just a reference and not a threat) for reminding you that the customers should be treated with some dignity but I am afraid you were unperturbed by it and still seem to be so.

Ebay instead of UPS paid the credits but I don't think UPS has fixed its problem. The return credit should be around $200 and $8 was deducted for no reason again. I won't call UPS or Ebay again but leave a note here so you know how much will $8 cost.
IT IS UPS's responsibility to fix its overcharging issue and it still sent additional charges for other items. I don't understand how this kind of business can still survive in this country. Even considering $150 and $55 without this $200 overcharge, it is already $200 to ship a item with 5-7 days, it is still too crazy. I will never consider UPS in the future because it is terrible while the staff seem proud of this...
