Where do I begin??? First off we are from the Fremont area where Torched has a store with decent selection and awesome staff. They get their own review, but I digress. The hour and half drive to Holland was worth it to say the least. Drive to Detroit would have been worth it and that is saying a lot on many levels. First off, you want made in USA? How about made in Michigan? They have their own glass studio with many stations and can watch the artists making the pipes, glass art and whatnot. And artist is an apt term. Such beauty and true works of art. And don't let that worry you as prices range from 20-to basically what you want to spend. Award winning glass art there includes $16,000 piece!! Yes you read that right. Out of my range but gorgeous to see. The accessories available are whatever you may want. The selection of $50-$200 price range is top notch. The staff member Brandon that we dealt with was great to interact with and was able to answer any question. We may have driven him a little bonkers but we made the 80 mile drive to check it out. Ended up leaving with a 50 dollar piece and should be a lot more in the future. We will be making the trip again. A company that treats its customers right, friendly, variety and made locally will always be worth it. I don't care where you live in Michigan, it is worth the drive. Oh did I mention they also give classes at only 50 an hour on pipemaking? And cremation memorials? Yes, worth the drive. I'll be back.

The coolest store with the coolest owner & the cutest Employee of the Month. Pipes to Magic the Gathering to disc golf, this is a great place to spend your money on local, small business.

My old man and another gentleman went to torched and we're there by 10 because we were in a neighboring store before hand so it made no sense to me to leave and waste our gas when they would be open in moments so because he went to the door At 10 when they opened the employee named Dave called both guys fiends. So I went in very calmly got what I needed for my documented anxiety and politely ask Dave when the owner will be in because I needed to speak with him concerning the way they treat their costomers by calling them names. Only been her 3 times ever and won't be back. They are also not registered as a business on Google so u have to write better business bureau or email them of your complaint. If anyone doubts the validity of the complaint I will be posting the video and audio on Facebook you can look it up on my FB profile Angela Vanmaastricht. The video shows how Dave at Torched in Holland talked to me when I was politely asking...

First off they sell fake carts, there herb is dry and inconsistent, there edibles are decent, but still very inconsistent in dosage. There glass options are not bad but definitely not premium glass. The employees there know that there selling bad herb and bad products. I bought a battery there, that there employee said was top of the line, but it was the worst battery I have used in my lifetime. The employee got upset when I called to complain, and told me not to come in than I'f I don't like it, and said the battery was fine and that it was me using the battery wrong. This place is so bad, if you want good glass, or batteries in Holland, go to Orange on Douglas or Pure west!!!! BE WARNED THERE...
