We bought an expensive sofa here 2 years ago, and we were assured the fabric was stain-proof. 1 week into use I spilled some drinking water and it’s forever stained. I’ve literally only ever spilled clear or white liquids on it (I fear the day where something of color is involved). We called Canterbury several times, emailed many photos, and eventually Norwalk begrudgingly gave us 2 new covers within the first couple of months, but they should have sent us entirely new cushions. The salespeople at that store couldn’t help us get the cushion covers back on. I was hopeful they would smooth out over time, but they honestly just look so sad. I can’t believe I spent so much money on a couch that is supposed to have a lifetime warranty. I won’t order from here again, and I will do more research around price point...
