The location of the theater is exceptional. In the middle of a busy area, filled with many restaurants and activities. It’s perfect for having a lunch or dinner then walking down the street to watch a movie. However that is as good as it gets. the theater is nothing more than a projector screen you can set up at your house, the sound system is terrible, and the seating is uncomfortable. It feels like the bare minimum. The only reason I’d go to this theater, is if tickets were sold out at all other theaters and I couldn’t wait to see the next big movie. This theater is AWESOME!! I rented it out for a private, surprise screening of my wedding video for my wife and they went the extra mile to make sure it was a special night for us both. Excellent customer service– the people working there were genuinely nice, and extremely patient with all my requests. They even changed the marquee out front to say what I wanted it to say (see picture). And on top of all this, the audio/video quality was perfect! I have ZERO complaints, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a cozy, unique, and pleasant movie...

My grandma and I went a little while ago before her health declined. She really missed going to the movies, so I was so glad the Cinema Paradiso was open for us! The staff were so nice and accommodating! They even turned up the sound since my grandma refused to wear the hearing aids she needed and we were the only ones there (middle of a weekday a few months ago during COVID). The facility is wheelchair accessible and has COVID precautions in place. The prices were really reasonable, and I'm excited to go back! I saw flyers for past events and hope to attend...
