We had an absolutely fantastic time at Costa Hollywood Beach! I find it important to note from the beginning that a lot of the reviews you’ll read from anytime prior to early 2022 are based on the time when Costa was going through lots of changes due to Covid. Lots of complaints that I read in many reviews were not the case anymore because Costa has improved a LOT! They finally seem to be hitting their stride and I’m happy to report that it was absolutely fantastic in every way! The staff was wonderful and plentiful in every area...all very kind, helpful and wonderful! Ricardo assisted us with check-in and warmly welcomed us even though our room wasn’t ready yet, made suggestions where we could go for lunch and offered to text me any updates as to when our room was ready, if it would be before check in. He followed up with me shortly after and texted me to let me know our room was ready early which was really kind. He then checked in with us two more times throughout our stay to make sure we were pleased which was really kind! Our room was exactly as described, very comfortable, very clean and with amenities such as a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, etc! As many reviews said that there were no towels, that problem has definitely been solved, there are towels everywhere now, for the beach, the pool, the room, anytime you ask! The beds in the room are comfortable and even the sofa bed was one of the nicer and more comfortable sofa beds I’ve ever laid on and our children loved it! The gym was really nice, including two Pelotons. The rooftop restaurant and bar, Sunset Club, is open and thriving! We had wonderful food and excellent drinks with great service from them every time! We met both Sabina and Jessica and they were both absolutely wonderful! Sabina warmly welcomed us every time we walked up to the bar and treated our children with such kindness! The rooftop views are absolutely incredible from both sides, the pool was lovely and warm, the hot tub was a wonderful temperature as well! We only wish that the pool and hot tub had been open a little later in the evenings but we learned that all pools in that area close around the same time so they seem to be on par with the other resorts in HWB. The location here is just hard to beat. It’s a 25 minute Uber ride that’s about $30-$40 from FLL airport. We did not get a car because we have been told by friends who visited that area that you really do not need one. We did take advantage of the circuit shuttle, $1 per person and easily requested through their app (search circuit shuttle) with only a 5 minute wait for a private ride. It pulled right up to Costa and took it to Publix for groceries which was perfect! Costa is only a two minute walk to Hollywood beach itself and the amazing Broadwalk and beach. There are so many shops and restaurants and bars to visit on the Broadwalk! The beach is huge and great, itwas so nice to have the two beach loungers included in our stay offered by the Boucher brothers beach rental! Stand out meals on the broadwalk were pizza at Rocco‘s, poke bowls and sushi at Poke Sushi, Tacos and Elotes at The Taco Joint, Açaí bowls at the Yogurt place next to Poke Sushi, delicious breakfasts at Ocean Alley (also at Giorgio’s across Ocean Blvd next to GG’s). Lots of great ice cream, gelato and froyo on the broadwalk, as well! Dinners at Sunset Club at Costa watching the sunset, followed by drinks in the hot tub were really special too! We saw manatees in the inlet across from Costa, took in concerts, bike rides, walks, many beach and pool days, sunrises and sunsets and endless fun! Hard to find SO MUCH in one area that is all very easily walkable...this area has it all and while we planned to adventure out a few times, never did because we didn’t want to leave Costa and the area!! HIGHLY recommend in every way!! We will certainly be back!! Thank you for a wonderful and much needed getaway after two really rough years. We LOVED our time at Costa, Sunset Club and Hollywood Beach and Broadwalk!!

I booked 5 nights here for an end of the summer vacation for me before my work starts to get busy! I was a little nervous after reading some of the reviews. But you have to realize everyone has their own experiences! From the second I stepped out of my Uber from the airport I could tell I was going to enjoy it! I don't think I opened the door for myself more then 5 times my whole stay. someone was there to great you with and open door and a smile! Paulina at the front desk was beyond hospitable! Making sure I knew all of the amenities! Though our room wasn't ready as we arrived well before check in, she assured me that she would expedite a room and would have it ready shortly! That gave me some time to explore the location! A few hours later I received a phone call and headed back to the property! Was put in room S532 and I was amazed ! Beautiful fresh clean and spacious 2 bed 2 bath condo style with amazing intercostal views! Unfortunately I woke up the next morning to a leak in the bathroom ceiling. Quickly called the front desk and they immediately started the process of switching my room! Well they didn't disappoint because 5 min later I was given the chance to view my new room to see if it was up to my standards seeing as I have paid for a suite. And that it was! Even bigger then the last suite with a huge balcony and views of the ocean and intercostal! The roof top pool is gorgeous and the views are stunning! Rooftop restaurant was perfect for a snack and drink and beautiful sunset views! 2 charis provided on the beach for you makes it easy to just get up and go enjoy your day in the sun! Every staff member I came in contact with from valet to house keeper to front dest to Maintenance, always had a smile on their faces and a welcoming hello! To say this property exceeded my expectations would be an understatement! Just remember you are in hollywood on the beach.... prices all around reflect that! The location is perfect ! The amount of amazing food within walking distance should be a crime! Will 💯 be returning and can't wait!

We just checked into this hotel today. If I could have found a different hotel at the last minute there is ZERO chance we would've stayed here. 1. Staying with our adult children and got a room for us, and a room for them. Arrived and hour and a half early so asked if there was a fee to check in early. Told us one room was ready. We asked which room and were told it was the room for our kids. So we went up to the rooftop bar to await their arrival. We were supposed to be in a room advertised as having a loft. We were told the wrong room was ready and so our kids took all their belongings to the wrong room. Which, this hotel has two buildings, so wrong room, IN THE WRONG TOWER. 2. We go up to the rooftop to hang out at the pool by the bar and the pool is closed! The primary reason for booking this hotel was the rooftop bar and pool where we would hang out with the kids. Nobody informed us at ANY point prior to our arrival that the pool was closed. There was a sign saying the jacuzzi was opening June 21st, and a month later, it's blocked off with paper in it. Obviously also a lie, written and posted to the doors, not open. 3. We sweat through changing rooms between two towers. OK, let's have a beverage. THE ICE MACHINE ON THE 6TH FLOOR IS OUT OF ORDER. This hotel is charging as a hotel with two pools and a jacuzzi, it has neither. THEY DONT EVEN ADVISE OF THIS AT CHECK IN THAT THERE ARE NO AMENTIIES AND THAT THEY ADVERTISED I will include the image of the "Deluxe Ocean View King Suite with loft" that does NOT have a loft. I cannot remember the last time I was so angry. UPDATE: The window shade in our room is broken and will not retract, thw electrical outlet in the bathroom does not work, and I wanted to call down to valet to have our car ready, tried to call the front desk for 5 straight minutes with no answer, so called the main number from my cell phone and still no answer. This is not during check-in time, it's 10am.

Dear Elena, I’m writing on this platform since you won’t respond to me as a manager of the front desk reception for over 2 months now why not comment on here,I had stayed in room N611 at your establishment. However, I feel compelled to bring to your attention a matter of paramount concern. During my stay, I encountered a situation that left me deeply disconcerted and jeopardized my sense of safety. There was a shattered glass on the balcony of the room, constituting a significant physical hazard. Despite my earnest efforts to engage with the front desk staff in person, regrettably, I was met with a huge lack of assistance. This deficiency in service not only struck me as highly unprofessional but also cast a distressing shadow on my overall experience. Moreover, I am left to ponder the circumstances that led to this situation. If this incident transpired a month ago or if there exists knowledge about the causative factors, it is imperative that such information be communicated to guests as a safety precaution. Regrettably, this experience has cast a shadow on what was meant to be a joyous occasion, as it coincided with my anniversary. I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to discuss this matter with you directly at your earliest convenience. Your prompt attention to this issue would be most valued. Thank you for your understanding and assistance in addressing this matter promptly.

AVOID this hotel for your family vacation. When we arrived we were not told that the swimming pool was out of service. It wasn't until we had checked in and heard one of the other guests complaining to the front desk that we found out about the pool being closed. Our check in was June 11th with checkout on June 19th. The pool remained closed the entire visit. This was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel was to have a swimming pool to relax at the end of the day with our kids. I tried, unsuccessfully, to contact hotel management so they could rectify the issue, but none of my calls or e-mail messages were returned. If I had known prior to arrival, I would have cancelled our trip and found a different hotel to stay at. Besides the pool being "out of service" we found the room in an unclean and improperly maintained condition upon arrival. The windows on the sliding door to go out to the balcony were filthy. We had a problem with our shower knob that came directly off while trying to adjust the water temperature. We called the front desk and they finally sent someone to "fix" it after 30 minutes. The next morning the same thing happened and so we let the shower run until their maintenance could return during sometime during the day. Spend your money and vacation time elsewhere, its not worth the hassle.

We love to visit Hollywood Beach, Florida. We thought about staying in one of the many Airbnb or VRBO places, but some looked sketchy. We ended up calling the front desk to ask some questions and were extremely happy with how nice and helpful they were. We ended up getting a better price by calling in. We arrived early and did not expect to be able to check in. They stored our bags and gave us a card key that would allow us to use all of the facilities. We went for lunch and walked the boardwalk for a couple of hours, and when we returned at 2pm the girl at the desk told us that she was actually about to call us to let us know the room was ready. They upgraded us to a King Balcony suite. The room was wonderful, and although it was only on the 2nd floor, we could still see the ocean. Everything was extremely clean and well cared for. We did have an issue with the AC one night, but they were very accommodating and took care of the issue right away. We took advantage of the rooftop bar for sunset one evening and the pool one afternoon. All of th We staff were very friendly and helpful. We plan on returning with our whole family on a future trip. We recommend the Costa Hollywood Beach Resort to everyone we speak to.
