Hollywood Property Rentals — Attraction in Hollywood

We have just stayed in 1022 Adams St for 15 nights. Superb communication and response times from the management team and no issues upon our arrival late the first night. Super easy instructions for the entrance code. A WIFI router that wasn’t working was swiftly replaced and someone arrived within 15 mins to help us when several fuses blew and we couldn’t get sockets to work. Literally could not fault the management team. As a family of 5 with 3 older teenage children there was ample bedrooms to spread about and all were absolutely immaculate. The bathrooms were both modern and very clean with sufficient hooks available to hang towels and plenty of extra toilet paper. We absolutely loved the pool and having enough sun loungers for all of us was perfect. The pool was the perfect temperature, although I'm not actually sure if that was down to pool heat or just because it was so hot and sunny during our trip and the pool was being kept warm from the warmth outside? The house was exceptionally clean and even the area around the decking and pool was spotless and felt clean underfoot. We made good use of the washer and dryer during our stay. Having multiple TV's in all the rooms and living spaces was an absolute bonus. No arguing over who was watching what. A couple of negatives that id like to point out - but really only to make the place even better...... some plastic plates and cups for outside would have been good. We ended up buying some to use as did not like taking glass and china outside. More regular glasses. There was plenty of wine glasses and mugs but only 5 actual tumblers. Chest of drawers in all bedrooms. Currently only in two of the rooms. Or at the very least a console table of some sort to be able to place items on. We ended up bringing a small foldaway table that had been downstairs, upstairs to use in one of the rooms. The same for downstairs. We ended up using a sofa for bags, hats, sunglasses and general stuff for the car etc. A console would have been better. A full length mirror upstairs would have been ideal. Certainly not a deal breaker as there was one by the front door - but i don't think you can ever have too many mirrors in a home. Hanging rail in utility room. We ended up hanging clothes to dry on door fames or even out on the deck - but it would have been ideal to just have a rail in the room with the washer and dryer. Some glass Pyrex dishes, measuring jug and a selection of containers with lids to store opened food in the kitchen. We paid a visit to dollar tree to buy stuff to use during our visit. Finally - spare sets of bedding! We were there just over two weeks and would never use only one set for that length of time at home. So certainly don't expect to do that while on holiday. Also, if the beds need changing due to an accident with younger children - there should always be a spare set to be able to put on. I assumed the linen fee that is broken down in the costs would have accommodated a replacement set. As it turns out, we requested replacement bedding and it arrived promptly. But i really do think this should just have been in the cupboard ready for if needed. We are from Boston and have been taking extended vacations to Florida for the past five years. We've stayed in Naples, Ft. Meyers, Ft. Lauderdale, Wilton Manors and now Hollywood. This was by far are best family vacation location. The home at 1109 Hollywood Blvd. was beyond expectations. Beautiful decor, space for our family of seven and sleep over guests. Spacious bedrooms with king and queen beds throughout, elegant primary suite and ample bathrooms for everyone. A gated driveway made it perfect for our dog to roam freely, and a well-appointed heated pool area for swimming and sunbathing was perfect. Our children and grandkids loved everything about this home. Our hosts, Arthur, Dimitriy, Evgeniya, Alex, and Boris went out of their way to accommodate the few requests we had. As long-term renters with a large group staying at their property for six weeks, we asked for a vacuum and floor cleaning supplies, extra towels and linens, a replacement toaster and a dish drain board for the sink. What they had on hand they delivered within a few hours and ordered the rest online which came the next day. In our experience, their desire to accommodate is unmatched. Our location was ideal for our family, just a 1-mile walk to Hollywood Beach, a dog beach nearby for Sunny to roam, a playground for the grandkids nearby, supermarkets, restaurants, shopping malls, casinos, all within a radius of four miles made this a convenient and outstanding location for us all. If I could give our hosts, the property and location more than five stars, I would unhesitatingly! We will be back to Hollywood next year and we wouldn't think of renting from anyone other than Hollywood Vacation Rental, these folks are exemplary and they made our stay an...

After being let down by another company, we were so fortunate to come across Hollywood Vacation Rentals. Not only was their portfolio far superior to what we had previously lined up, they were extremely competitive price wise. We stayed in Hollywood and the villa incredible. It had everything you could possibly need, including superb aircon throughout every room. It was very clean (spotless), modern, comfortable beds, great size lounge/diner/kitchen area. It was just perfect! Also some nice touches such as towels and basics you’d need but may not remember when shopping like dishwasher tablets, washing machine tablets and so on. We had one small issue which could not have been avoided, but when reported the company were excellent with their communications and super quick to provide a solution. I could not recommend them any higher. A superb experience and they will definitely be our first port of call when we come back again. Thank you so much Hollywood Vacation...
