Marshalls — Attraction in Hollywood

I had one of the worst experiences at this Marshalls today. I purchased an outfit that should contain 6 pieces total (3 shorts and 3 tops) for my baby girl. I was so excited because it was just what I was looking for. However when I got home I realized that only 4 out of the 6 were there. So I drove back to marsthr same day and waited in a very long line to kindly ask them to pro rate it sine 2 items were missing and I had paid full price. The cashier returned it and then took it away saying they needed 7 days to search the store. I was not allowed to purchase it. I asked to speak with a manager and ended up leaving the store empty handed and completely upset. I took tone out of my day to pick out an adorable outfit for my baby girl, made two trips to the store, waited in line only to be told I’m not allowed to purchase an item for 7 days while they search the store. What if I need the outfit before 7 days? What if I’m not from the area? What about the inconvenience for a mom to come multiple times to a store? What about customer satisfaction? All I wanted is for them to give me a fair discount for the items that were Missing and I would have left a happy satisfied customer. Instead I left completely upset for the precious time out of my day wasted and angry that I absolutely loved this outfit and was being told I cannot purchase it. Worst experience ever Marshalls. You list points big time with me on this one...

This is my least favorite Marshall's I've ever been to (and I've been to dozens in Florida, Wisconsin, and Colorado). The store feels dirty (like it's rarely cleaned) and is ALWAYS messy and filled with junk. I never spend much time at this store because 1) it's impossible to find anything in the chaos of the store and misplaced products, and 2) there are barely any products out. I couldn't find a single bottle of toner during my last FIVE visits! In other Marshall's stores, I'm usually able to find $150 worth of products/clothes per visit. At this store, I've only actually purchased ONE item (that was $6) out of the dozens of trips I've taken here over two years. Also, the line is always INCREDIBLY long. I've never waited less than 15 minutes to check out. The staff isn't very welcoming and seem unhappy. It's very disappointing because I love Marshall's and this is the...

What great customer service! They became my daughter's fairy godmothers today and she is so happy!!

The ladies of Marshall's really made a little girl's dream come true today! So, we went to Marshall's to "just buy a $10 make up set I saw," Mya said.....

Then she saw a make-up vanity with light bulbs (thats she has been asking for over a year!) and flung herself at it, "Plssss I'll do anything! I promise I'll behave! I'll always do the dishes pleasee!!!!"

But...it didn't have a price sticker on the box. So, we asked for assistance. Two ladies looked, and there wasn't another on the floor. They went to the back and came out with a Hello Kitty, the same size, and said that it was priced the same.

"Omg!!! OMG!!! Plsssssss!!!! I promise I'll behave forever!!! OMG!!!"

The gods have smiled over her today....but not my wallet....
