No security at all!!! Before, they had a security company that was the perfect example of a banana republic. The owner had only one car and two guards. So, there was only one guard at a time. The car never had air conditioning and spent most of the time broken down, up until the moment that it just got abandoned on the mall's parking lot. As to the two guards, they were explored to the max in every way. So much so, that one of them, a dear and very professional man, committed suicide in June, 2024. Very dangerous place to be in! Watch out! In this mall, there are NO SPEED BUMPS, and idiots literally fly by all over the mall, right where there are many people crossing, on the sidewalks, and on the parking lots. At night, groups actually gather in their trucks and race type cars and race up and down and all around. Plus, many times they do donuts, burning tires and smoke takes over the area. Shocking!!!! I guess they're waiting for someone to die before they finally take action. It's unfortunate, because in terms of size and stores and restaurants selection, it is the best in Homestead. Now, there's even a Target and Sprouts...nice. But, is it worth putting your...
Read moreIf you live in Homestead, there is little option other than to shop here, as the closest stores otherwise are up by the Southland Mall.

There is a decent variety in the food: Jersey Boardwalk Pizza, Chipotle, Sonic, and a Buffalo Wild Wings that they've been working on for ages. There are some nice treats here as well, with one of the few small busnisses in the area being the bakery. There's a Menchie's for those who can afford to pay for it.
Otherwise, avoid this place. The Dollar Store is abhorrent, the hair salon is staffed with poorly trained stylists (ask for the manager, as she's the only one who takes pride in her work), teens like to wander through the center on weekends and during the summer, and the drivers are...
Read moreThis is an excellent pavilion never too crowded. It’s clean and well maintained. There are your usual plaza stores minus a grocery store. Yes, there’s ice cream and Cuban coffee, excellent Cuban coffee I might add. Check out Pinecrest Bakery. There are plenty of parking with the Turnpike conveniently adjacent. Sonic, Long Horn, Panera, Petco, are some stores I frequent. The bakery is open 24 hr! It’s really worth a visit. There’s another plaza just across the street with plenty more stores if nothing fancies you here. Remember you’re at the last exit on the Turnpike already, with the upper Keys a hope away!...
