Rana Furniture Homestead — Attraction in Homestead

UPDATE. The tech came today guess what look at the new picture is this a joke he try to tuck the cable and the bar it still not working look at the video. Now the tech is telling me that a 1700 dollas piece of furniture has a hideus cable exposed.like that. It was not like that in yhe store. Ill keep updating this joke of furniture store. This is an update as to how conpanies change. I got a delivery of a floor model fireplace and yes they gave me a 300.00 discount. The piece was in perfect working conditio ns all lights etc. When the delivery guy try to conect the parts a cable was missing. They did sent a tech the next day and he did the worst job ever cables outside in plain view. Mind me i asked the delivery guys to take it back but they promise they will fix it. Now they want to charge a 30% re stocking fee on something that they did wrong. So never again Ill recomend or purchase anything from them. have been to several Rana Furniture stores and this one is small and cozy. I Love that the lady came by introduce herself and let us wonder around. When we had questions we called her and it was no stress shopping for us. Update- was told to send an email about my experience. Have UET to get a response. Beyond annoyed at this point. The storage was a big deal for us 😑! DO NOT go to the Homestead location if you need questions answered. Went into the store to find a sleeper sofa. I understand Spanish but don't speak it well, but my husband speaks fluently. The sofa we wanted wasn't in the store but they had another to look at size difference. We asked if the original one we wanted had storage. She said yes. We asked what type of mattress came with it, she showed us one. We asked her what the price would be if we ordered with her in the store. Went home to decide and ended up ordering it online. First the item was almost $60 cheaper than she quoted us when we went to order it ourselves. It had no specifications in regards to storage or the mattress so we took her word for it. We order it, it gets delivered. We notice that the mattress is NOTHING like she said it would be AND there was absolutely no storage at all. At this point we couldn't get another sofa as we already threw out our old one and desperately needed the sleeper. Really wish I would have dialed the customer service rather than take the word of this...

A wonderful experience!! After a long and frustrating day looking for a mattress at no less than 7 establishments in South Miami and Homestead to no avail, we went to Rana Furniture in Homestead, FL. We were met by Sales Rep Janett Perez. She was the only person we encountered that day that started out by asking about, and listening intently to our needs. She showed us several options and allowed us to zero in on exactly what we needed. She was so very helpful in finding the best product as well the best options as far and pricing was concerned.

I have been is sales and marketing for my entire career. It was refreshing to have someone like Janett take us through the purchasing process. She was attentive, enthusiastic, courteous as well as efficient with our time. There are not enough superlatives to describe the service Janett provided for us.
