W. Brazilian Wax — Attraction in Homewood

RUDE!!! RUDE!!! RUDE!!! This is most unprofessional business I have EVER been to. I drove 2 1/2 hours to spend a morning getting pampered with my sister. Spoke with the lady before I got there and told her we were stuck in traffic her response was “ok”. Get to the spa and my sister is called to the back because she has the latest appt. NO ONE ever address me personally to let me know that I won’t be serviced and that I drove 2 1/2 hours for NOTHING! I wasn’t offered another appt. time or anything. At the end the receptionist tells my sister that none are available , when I had just heard her make a 12:45 appt on the phone and she could have easily offered it to me. The lady that called could have easily said well your appt is now void and I could Have turned around. Customer service skills are well needed at this place of business. Don’t waste your time or money going here to be treated RUDELY!! I am also addressing them as “lady and receptionist” because no one introduced themselves. VERY...

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! Let me start this review first and foremost by saying I'm not the type to leave a review but I just can't let this go unsaid. I have been to a few different salons and never have I had an experience as I have at W Wax. From the moment you walk in you can tell this place is CLEAN which is a huge concern of mine second to customer service (which I could go on and on about and I will later) The decor is the best I've seen in that it's friendly for male and female! But my most favorite part is BROOKE!! She is absolutely amazinggggggg I have been scared by other people and she could tell my first time how nervous I was. She was so comforting and realistic and walks you through the whole process. I live in Pinson and my only off day I dedicate the time to travel and see her. BECAUSE SHES JUST THAT GOOD!!! I totally recommend this place to anyone especially the new comers in the waxing department. You will not be disappointed!! And the prices are the cheapest...

Never again! My first session was with Alexandria. She wasn't friendly, which I did not mind because I just wanted the service done as quickly as possible. Out of nowhere she asked my marital status and followed up with a couple too-personal questions that were also irrelevant. When she finished the service she left for me to get dressed but left the door ajar. I hated the service but loved the wax that they used. When it was time to make my next appointment I asked to not be placed with Alexandria. The receptionist Amber said no problem but call the day of just to make sure. However when I followed her instructions and called that morning she was very short with me saying she doesn't know in advance what esthetician is working. So I wondered why she did not say that when I explained everything prior to making my next appointment. Never-the-less, I am very happy that there are plenty of places in the city that offer the service so I NEVER have to return...
