James was our driver to and from the airport and we had nothing but superior service from the time of booking all the way until we got back to the airport. My husband and I were traveling with 3 young kids and had to request 3 car seats and they were able to accommodate this which was phenomenal, as not very many car services will do this without an extra charge. Additionally the service was truly a private and more personal, yet more affordable and superior experience than the regular airport shuttle service. The day before I got a text from James which he introduced himself and confirmed the pickup details. The day of he tracked our flight which was late, but James arrived early, texted us and was waiting while we were claiming our luggage. He had a sign with our name to ensure we knew who he was. He was very courteous with handling all our luggage and helping us load all 3 kids in the car and had cold water waiting for us. Along the way he pointed out some things that may be of interest during our trip which we greatly appreciated. For our transfer back to the airport, I had miscalculated the time I needed to be at the airport by an hour and they were able to make the pickup time change and James was there early again. Paradise Hawaii tour is perfect! We are a group of 14 from San Jose, California. I am a tour organizer. We use Paradise Hawaii Tour for our journey from September 15-18, 2022. After two days using their service, everyone in our group has been so happy because the driver, Alena is very calm & nice. She greeted us at arrival & drive us to our hotel, Ramada. She prepared bottled water for everyone. The vehicle is very comfortable & extremely clean. She also sent us reminders prior to our arrival on top of her company’s follow-up. Second day, Alena again drove us to Pearl Harbor, grand circle island, Byodo in temple, including stops for lunch & shopping. She is very patient during heavy traffic. She had to wait for us many different times. Whenever we are back in the van, she is extremely nice, smiling, helping everyone get back in the vehicle professionally. She is not only a careful & but also professional driver. The owner, James is very easy to work with. He is very flexible when our itinerary is changed. Awful company. I was told the driver would be at baggage claims according to our flight arrival time. Flight was originally landing at 2:03. I booked for 3pm and messaged the company asking which time I should go for 2 or 3. They said it didn’t matter because they had our flight information. Okay-that’s great I thought. Once we landed, I messaged the company saying we were early and at baggage claim. My mom and I waited probably 40-45 minutes for our driver. When he came, baggage claim already had the next flights luggage out. My name sign was rolled up and the leis were in a plastic baggie. After a 12 hr flight, this was just disgusting. I paid $100 for the experience and personalization. I even asked to cancel and the company ignored my messages. I wish I just booked an Uber or went with another company. I even requested a refund from Vitor and the company lied and said the driver was 50 minutes early. They refused any refund for the botched pickup. Viator sided with the company. Take my awful experience and DO NOT waste your money. Go with Johnny Taxi service. We used him for the travel back and he was amazing...
