My husband and son love getting practiced on! My teacher Ms. Halbuna is so energetic and keeps us students on an enthusiastic educational path. Don’t let the laughter fool you, we are learning. If there was one thing I’d improve it would be… There is a minimum requirement of modalities (facials, waxes etc.) that must be met. This means if the spa is not getting clients you have to pay for them yourself. Only students can exchange services and pay for a 20% off rate. I feel immediate family should be included. That would be my only suggestion. If I didn’t add a suggestion I’m sure this would sound like a paid review. It’s not! This was an amazing find and can't believe I've been missing out on this place for so long. It was just by chance I heard about it from a student that was needing practice hours to complete her training. I had actually been looking for a place that offered microdermabrasion facials for sometime at a reasonable price and finally found it.

The building is nothing special and you would probably never notice it driving by, but their office and client space is professional, clean, and comfortable. The front desk staff and very nice and friendly, unlike a lot of Medi spas that tend to be stuck-up and ungrateful for your business that try to sell you product and services that you really don't need.

So, I got my microdermabrasion facial with with a peal add-on and loved it. You also get a hand and arm massage to, which the whole thing lasted over an hour. I was ready to fall asleep half way through, because I got so relaxed. The true test was the after results. My face looked fantastic the next day and there as a noticeable lasting difference.

I can't wait to go back and make it a regular monthly treat. Next time, I am defiantly going to try more add-ons to see what other amazing things they can do.

BTW guys, this is not just for women. Men need to take care of...

Happy I found this place. Signed up for a microdermabrasion session through groupon and now will continue to come back for their other facial services. My two appointments so far were with Taylor and I only have high praise for her, as well as the rest of the staff who are all pleasant to work with.

My first appointment was frustrating because I couldn’t get into the building (I circled the entire building on foot looking for an unlocked door, which I now know isn’t typical and to call if it is locked again) but I arrived stressed and late for the first appointment. Despite this, the staff was very comforting, apologetic, forgiving and reassuring which helped make the rest of my first appointment still a positive experience. That in itself was a BIG plus and a sign of their excellent customer service.

Today I had the derma-plane facial with chemical peel and loved it as well! (And the building door was unlocked and a breeze to navigate).

Taylor is a gem and I am definitely a loyal...
