The Downtowner Marketplace — Local services in Hot Springs

I don't know who runs this place but your staff has the absolute worst attitude. The guy, I think his name is Jay or Jason or something. I came in and was asking about what kind of store this is. He was very rude, like he couldn't spare the time to answer my question, he was incredibly standoffish, there was one other customer in the store. I saw the back of the coffee shop when I was there and noticed there's black mold on the walls. I'll never be back again. If they're willing to keep their drink cups back with black mold, what else? I'm afraid it will...

This is awesome and you should plan to stay a number of hours looking at all the shops and history of hot springs. We went every day we were there just so we could see everything they have to offer! They have bathhouse Rowe that has spas and shops and lots of history. There own walk of fame is by the visitors center. The fountains are hott so beware before touching! It's definetly a fun place to walk off energy snd spend...

Fantastic shop with a little something for everyone! My husband and I stopped in for an ice coffee and left with the perfect gift for our girl, a tank top for me and some delicious coffee beans for him.
