Tidal Wave Auto Spa | Car Wash — Attraction in Hot Springs

I’m setting awaiting Police for an accident report at Tital Wave car wash on Central. The lead car stopped within the car wash and the pusher conveyer keep running pushing 3 vehicles into the stopped vehicle. I was the 3rd, my vehicle being pushed multiple times into the truck in front of me before they were able to stopped the car wash. Now the Nice Lady Manager has called the police for accident report blaming the stopped car. I’ve tried to explain that the electrical interlocks are incorrectly installed or none at all. She says the car wash doesn’t work this way. Oh my! Tital Wave car wash is blaming the stopped car within the car wash…..Sent the police to her home. When I ask if the car wash had insurance, the manager responded Yes but the lady that stopped her vehicle caused the accident.

While the Owner is supposedly reviewing, I’m posting the text I received shortly afterwards from Management;

Video clearly shows her driving into tunnel and breaking 2 times before stopping and letting rollers slip under her when you all caught up to her. Right at the start when try to pay some creepy guy comes and tries to get you to buy the membership I told him I just wanted a car wash then he tried to sell be on the best option. Then he wouldn’t let me swipe my card he said he had to do it. Going to the vacuum while I was cleaning my car they turned off the suction and took all the cleaners away even though there was still a hour and a half before they closed. I didn’t get to finish vacuuming. It was 6:20 on Sunday and the website says they close at 8pm. I asked the teenager running the wash why it got shut off and he just kept saying it’s routine. The was is great and the vacuum had great suction if you get to finish but I don’t like salesmen trying to get me to spend more.
