If i could give less than 1 star i would. This has been the WORST service I’ve ever experienced!! First off my wife and I came into this store to look at washers as ours went out and we needed a new one ASAP. We found one decently priced with little cosmetic damage. I asked for assistance to be told all the associates were busy and we’d have to wait. So we went and stood next to the one we were interested in. We watched multiple associates walk around aimlessly on their phones, chatting with each other NOT helping customers. I watched several more people walk in and get helped right away. After about 20 mins of standing there waiting to be helped someone asks if we’ve been helped then when i say no he says someone will be with me shortly. I wait about another 15minutes to be helped pretty much to say if I’m interested in it here’s the slip and go to the front to check out. I was literally the next person in line and watch another couple cut in front of me and get helped. When i say something after they leave they said “oh i didn’t see you, sorry” .. which is ridiculous and at this point if i didn’t need a washer as bad as i do i would have left. So i purchase the washer and it being Saturday i am told it won’t be delivered until Wednesday. So come Wednesday my wife gets an email it’s on it’s way and expected delivery is 8:50 am. That time comes and goes nothing still waiting. We waited until 10:50 2 WHOLE HOURS PAST til I’m fed up and call asking where it is. Just to be told my item was damaged and it’s not coming. WHAT?! And no one had the courtesy to call and let me know this information. I would have still been waiting if i hadn’t called myself. They explain someone will be in contact with me within 24 hours with a new product and to schedule my appointment. I’ll let you guys guess... NO ONE CALLED. I got nothing. My wife didn’t receive an email until about 10 am the next day with NOTHING about the damaged product just stating to schedule my delivery appointment. And now i have to wait until next Monday for it. I called this morning frustrated and not wanting to wait this time since the agent i spoke to yesterday said i shouldn’t get it any later than Friday (tomorrow) BULLS*%#!! I was on the phone this morning for 30 mins before they finally after asking multiple times put me through to a manager. I waited 45 mins on the phone for it just to hang up on me!! Nothing resolved. I called back and got hung up on again. No one has called me back. This is obscured. And at this point i want the $700 i spent on this product that i don’t even have back. Steer way clear of this ...

It'll be a sales position but management is trying to make you do two roles for standard pay (sales position and warehouse). They'll call it "flex position" but that's not a real position. Just work at a real store where you get to be either sales associate or a warehouse associate and not both. Don't waste your time here. The store manager is giving all the old crew that's been there before him a hard time so they can quit and hire new people who are willing to do 2 jobs for no extra pay.
I've worked at best buy for almost 6 years and I can tell you they hired the wrong type of store manager. The new manager has only worked there for 4 months I can say the store manager is a two-face, soft hands, toxic work boss, plays favoritism, gives corny fist bumps, and a corporate stereotype. He'll say "you can voice your opinions" but then cut your hours or give you pushback if you do. I used to get 35-30 hours on average but after he came I had only 17-23 hours. He'll give all the hours you were supposed to have then give them to the new hires because he's trying to "evenly distribute hours." The new hires have 30-40 hours each week compared to me who's been there at the store for almost 3 years.
He expects too much when there's not that much staff covering. All they do is sit there and watch you work without helping in any way. I literally tried to transfer out but the store manager basically wanted to bully me out of this job and made sure I quit. Nobody is going to help you, the company will pretend to care but if they did there would have been more action done to help.
If you think you can contact HR trust me nobody is going to help you. The HR manager and is best friends with the store manager so they'll make up any rules if they have to or only apply those rules to you if he doesn't like you. HR is a joke, they play favoritism for some washed up manager who can't run a store. Same goes to the market place director not doing anything to help the store other than just to keep him around.
One day, the store manager expected one person to unload a truck in 2 hours by themself when we are talking about a guy who's frail and can't lift anything without getting an injury. If you want to be bossed around by someone like him who can't even do the work then be my guest. I'd never want to work at another best buy because of this joke of a manager.

Read moreTo start, I waited for about 4 months or more to get a GoPro Camera deal during the Black Friday sales. I ended up finding one at a great rate at the Best Buy Outlet Center. Put my order in and waited for a confirmation email. Then I received the notification to go pickup at the store. When I first arrived I waited for quite awhile just to find out info about my camera. What happen NEXT is RIDICULOUS. They gave my CAMERA to someone ELSE I believe. While I was sitting down I heard a manager say this is why we check ID’s. He seem to be the only hospitable one there. Next, I was told by the manager that they can ISSUE a refund and didn’t really give me enough information as to what can be done about the matter. In fact, he gave me the wrong number to call and report what had happened. I then walked to my car while I called the number that was given to me and he gave me the wrong number. It seems like the manager didn’t even care enough giving me the wrong number. This whole store was like this. So I go back inside and ask someone else wasting more time to get the customer service number. He then told me it was the wrong number, which it wasn’t. I had to find it online afterwards. Everyone at this store was unhelpful like they didn’t care. Except the young boy that tried to check me out to find where the camera was at. I waited and decided to call customer service and they said a new one would be shipped to the store of my choice. So I chose the Best But Willowbrook 77064. Yet, nothing got filed and more waste of time. Talked to numerous people on the phone from all over the WORLD from the HELP center and nothing was notated. After many weeks it got canceled and I got my refund never getting the camera. After all in all this was a HORRIBLE experience and I suggest no one order from the BEST BUY OUTLET CENTER as they don’t care, nor have any type of customer service.
