CORT Furniture Outlet — Attraction in Houston

We recently visited CORT, and had a fantastic experience thanks to Mr. Albert. He was incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment we walked in.

We’re not from this country, so furnishing a home here felt a bit overwhelming at first — but Mr. Albert made the whole process so much easier. We were looking for quite a few things: a king bed with mattress, a queen bed with mattress, a sofa set, coffee table, and a dressing table. He guided us through everything, offered thoughtful suggestions, and helped us find exactly what we needed.

He was patient, knowledgeable, and just an all-around great person to interact with. It never felt rushed — he truly took the time to make sure we were comfortable and confident with our choices.

Awesome customer service: they answered all our questions, told us about the different options/quality/grading etc and put cardboard on our car seats to help keep them protected (cause we put the stuff we got in the back seat).

We went in for office chairs and there was a good selection to choose from. I guess it's best to call ahead of time and ask if they have the item you are looking for cause it's not a huge store. There was a BOGO promotion going on which made the day extra sweet!!
