Visited today 07/21/25 and although I have shopped at this location, today may be the last time. I went in with my son because he had seen a toy he liked and I figured I could see what else they have inside since it had been a few years since I last visited this location. Itâs a small location with a lot of things cramped inside. I asked the cashier ( young girl with dark hair- my receipt says Helena L) if they had a specific product in stock but unfortunately they didnât have it.
I proceeded to go check out the only 2 items I had since I found nothing else we wanted. I let my son know to start handing out the items he wanted and Helena proceeds to tell me âyou have to pay for this [toy] before you can open itâ. I was taken back by her comment and just told her âyes, I knowâ as she is holding the item, my son is finishing up giving her the other item in the basket, and Iâm at the CHECKOUT area waiting for her to ring up my total. Then Helena proceeds to tell me âthese [charms] are 2 for $1â and so I just tell her ok and proceed to tell my son that he will need to choose one more of the shoe charms. Helena repeats her self again to me, in the rudely manner she has been giving me since I was at checkout, but this time by saying âyou need to get another oneâ. Ok, I heard the first time but mind you my son is 5years old, be patient with me as I was also carrying all of my groceries with me and trying to guide him back to choose another charm. No line at checkout by the way. Moral of the whole visit, management needs to get better employees out there. Helena is not welcoming at all and almost seems to rush a customer while at the same time making rude statements to them. Yet she tells me in the end âhave a nice day maâamâ which I didnât even want to respond by then because of how off putting she was from the start of me trying to finalize my payment. I went to check out to obviously âcheck outâ my items, not to have the cashier state the obvious and then rush me so that I can get out sooner. Helena (if thatâs her actual name), I hope YOU have a good day, because it seems you were the one needing one. Work somewhere different if youâre not happy to see people, but not customer service. There are plenty of other jobs out there that may fit you better.
It also seems Iâm not the only one who has experienced this at this location, so buyers beware of customer service. Luckily I have so much patience with these types of rude young adults but I refuse to spend my money again at a location thatâs...
Read moreAbsolute Bait and Switch - AVOID THIS STORE! I went in to buy some packs of PokÊmon cards for my child. We found them on the shelf, clearly and plainly marked with a price tag of $3.99. My daughter was thrilled, and honestly, so was I. That all changed at the register. The item rang up as $14.99. I politely pointed out the discrepancy to the cashier, assuming it was an honest mistake. They called a manager over who took one look and said, "Yeah, that's the real price. The shelf tag is wrong." I explained that they had a whole display with the $3.99 price and that they should honor it. The manager flatly refused and was completely unapologetic about it. This isn't a mistake; this is a classic bait-and-switch. They are deliberately luring customers in with a low price on the shelf and then trying to price gouge you at the checkout, hoping you won't notice or won't want to make a scene. It's a disgusting and dishonest way to do business. I refused to pay their ridiculous made-up price and left the cards on the counter. We will take our business elsewhere, to a store that has some integrity. Save yourself the frustration and go to a place that doesn't try to rip you off. I will never shop at...
Read morethere's a kid in there just standing in cash registry the whole time, just looking at people and doesnt even smile or greet people. i accidentally dropped the tiritr foam in the basket and she told me to put the cushion foam back into the shelf when its her job. did not even say please just blatantly telling me what to do.
cushions are all nasty, make up remover or wipes are not replenished. she gave me a towel and told me there are no make up removers or wipes. sounds like she is rushing to get the customer out the door, im unsure if thats how she talks but its somebody you definitely dont want in retail environment.
products are mostly out of stock, just testers out in the shelf. somebody needs to visit this store for real. its out of whack. i would def rather go to yepo cosmetics. much cleaner and associates...
