This Review has Nothing to do with the staff they are AMAZING and the waiting time is awesome. This reason I give this establishment 2 stars is beacuse of the Doctor we saw her name is Dr. Telepfoosi well she is a Physician Assistant but either way she is the one who saw us we came in for a simple UTI and she walked in the room did not present herself did not tell us her name nothing she immediately said who is the one I need to see, I was there to interpret for my sister in law. She told her to sit on the bed and asked why did she wait to long for her to seek medical attention she was EXTREMELY RUDE I was trying to be as nice as possible then she proceeds to check my in laws stomach she pushed way to hard to the point that my in law jumped because she pushed down too hard. after the "DR" did that she took some notes read a little and walked out telling us nothing after like 5 minutes the nurse came in with prescription in hand and recommendations papers. This Dr. Telepfoosi said nothing did not explain why and what she was getting we never saw her again and we left. I understand this clinic is a Gold Card and Medicaid facility but if you are going into that field please treat patients with RESPECT regardless of problems you are personally having. I hope you read this and be aware of this person Have...
Read moreThere's a lot of misinformation about this place published online, even on the Harris Health System website. The whole walk-in 15 or 30 minute quick visit that they write about on their website simply does not exist. Yes, it's a walk-in clinic, but if you aren't one of the first 4 or 5 people waiting in line when they unlock the door at 8am, it will take you an hour just to get registered. Then be prepared to wait an additional 1-3 hours to be seen by a doctor and discharged. The entire staff disappears at once from noon to 1pm for lunch, so factor that into your wait. It's also pretty common for them to turn away patients anytime after 3pm if they feel like they are at capacity. They are suppose to be open until 8pm, but they seldom see any patients in the evening; they will tell you the doctor is too busy and to come back tomorrow, even if there is no one in the evening waiting room as they tell you this. There's absolutely no lab here, do not mistake their cotton-swab instant strep tests or flu tests for a real lab that will draw blood if needed. Calling ahead for info is usless, no one answers the phone. I've visited a doctor at this clinic 4 times, it...
Read moreThey don’t care about patients they don’t treat you well I went before 8 it wasn’t not closed yet but still they didn’t see me. They nurse didn’t let the doctor talk to me she interrupted him and started talking with no empathy and bad attitude even though I’m with very high fever, she saw how weak I was and with shortness of breath he didn’t even listen to my lungs they said to wait until tomorrow and set up and appointment or to go to the hospital if I felt too bad. They couldn’t even assess me so I could know if going to the hospital was necessary or not. I’m so disappointed They don’t care how sick they saw me. And she was the worse I couldn’t get her name because she left while I was still trying to speak she was so rude but the doctor is like he doesn’t have his own voice he was just following her instructions his name is Paul I can’t remember more of his name from my severe dizziness...
