I would choose zero if it was a choice The worst customer service you can get ever. The owners are very rude, very unprofessional They give you different prices each time with huge price difference.. I could never understand how they are running this business with such bad attitude. I don't recommend this place to anyone, stay away as far as possible.
I will reply to your answer here since I can't find another way to reply. First time I came to your shop with my fiance looking for engagement ring and your employee gave us a price for a 2 caret diamond with the ring setting for 6400$ which is a very cheap price that made us uncomfortable regarding the quality of the diamond. So we decided to look somewhere else since your shop was the first one we visit. We found that there is (lab grown diamond) 2 caret for similar price 6000$ that's why I decided to come back to you to have another look and I asked for the exact same diamond that I saw first time but the surprise was one of the owners told me the price is 25000$, here I tried to understand this huge difference and I told him that the first time the price was 6400?? simply the respectful answer of the owner was ( I DONT BELIEVE YOU) I said: here is the employee you can ask him. when the employee saw me he said (oh, you came back for the same diamond I showed you before) this means he was sure of what he showed me.but after seeing the owner trying to give hints to the employee to change his words I just decided to leave the place politely without making any scene so, first of all there was No SCENE dont know why you say this!! Few days later I came back looking for a band and I bought it and it went smoothly. Few days later I came looking for an engagement ring setting and found one, but I wasn't sure if it was the one so we spent some time (2 hours MAXIMUM) then when I noticed that you are closing I decided to buy it( YOU DIDNT SPEND ONE HOUR AFTER CLOSING) Any way I was buying the ring and from the previous experience I know that your prices includes the tax but this time you asked for an extra tax price so, I just wanted to understand why there is a change in the policy each time (NOT TRYING TO GET A LOW PRICE AS YOU MENTIONED) but the owner answered very rudely telling me (YOU ARE PLAYING GAMES) here I told him (THIS IS NOT A WAY TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS FIRST YOUR ARE TELLING ME WE DONT BELIEVE YOU NOW YOU ARE TELLING ME I AM PLAYING GAMES !!) I went out because this made me very angry and my fiance came back to return the band that I previously bought (NOT TO APOLOGIZE AS YOU MENTIONED) there my fiance decided to buy the ring anyways decpite the rude treatment we got just because I liked it. now let me tell you: the truth is you change your words and policies everytime and you don't know anything about treating your customers nicely. the tag on one of the rings was 5400, when we asked one of the brothers he said the price is 3700$ then we asked the other brother and without him knowing about the first price he said 2100$
to be honest with you after what happened I just hated the ring and didn't want to buy anything from this disrespectful place so, I wanted to return it but you said you don't do refunds you just exchange it and I was ok with the idea of exchange cause I don't want my wedding ring that I will wear every day to remind me of your place and the bad treatment I got it was so disrespectful. When i came again despite everything i found that you are telling me the prices on the tag which we all know very well they are not the real prices then you mentioned that you don't even want to exchange or cooperate or help in any possible way ..
My advice is just TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS NICE AND SMART BECAUSE I AM SURE YOU LOST ALOT BECAUSE OF THIS PROBLEM I had the intention to buy alot if I only heard ONE nice word but instead it was very hard to talk to anyone of you ,you all seem very busy where in fact I am the only customer in the place everytime I visit it haha! For ur info I bought a more expensive ring cause only the treatment matters...

I was in the process of purchasing an engagement ring for my girlfriend in March of 2012. After a decision was made on the setting and diamond, I entered into an agreement with Nazar's for a 5 month layaway plan where I could pay on the ring during that time period without accruing any interest on the purchase price. Once this layaway period was over, I would have to get on with one of their lenders and start a payment plan. I made the decision to go ahead and have the ring paid off before the 5 month period was over. It was a pretty straightforward process that they presented to me, and I did not have any issues with it.
However, when July 2012 rolled around, I unfortunately had to inform Nazar's that I would no longer need the ring. I had received a call from Nazar's asking if I was ready to set the diamond, but I had to tell them no and that I would come into the store that weekend to officially end the purchase. At this point, I had paid $6,325 towards the ring. When I went to the store, I told them the situation and said I would no longer need the ring. It was apparent that they were not happy about this and their tone with me drastically changed. I said the situation was out of my control, but I was treated as if this was my fault and I was doing harm to them.
In the coming months, I attempted to come back to the store to try to negotiate with them to get my money back. It is here where I started to run into my issues with Nazar's. They claimed that they were told by me to set the diamond. This is false. They then claimed that they had my girlfriendâs number on file and that she told them to set the diamond. This is also false. They then claimed that they incurred damages by setting the diamond, but yet could not provide evidence of the actual damages that were incurred or who even told them to set the diamond.
On my next trip to Nazar's, I attempted to buy a watch and receive the remaining balance back and was told no. I then tried buying a watch as well as giving them an additional $500 under the assumption that I would get the remaining balance back. I was told no. At this point, they had absolutely no intentions of trying to work an agreement out. For my final trip to Nazar's, I was set on buying two watches that covered the entire store credit amount, so I would not have to ever come back. After negotiating a price on two Omega watches, I attempted to use a valid coupon found on the Nazar website where if you spend $5000 you get $300 off. The sales associate would not allow me to use this coupon since he claimed he already had gone as low as he could go on the deal even though the purchase cost of the two watches was well over $5000. Wanting the store credit to be done and over with, I ultimately agreed to that and proceeded to pay. The sales associate proceeded to tell one of the owners of the store of the potential sale of the watches. Once she was informed that the transaction would be completed by using store credit she was very hesitant and reluctant to go through with it and even told the sales associate that she initially did not want to complete the sale.
I was initially attracted to Nazar's through great reviews touting them for the quality of their service and products, but after this experience, I will never shop their again and warn...
Read moreVery friendly and kind floor staff made us feel welcomed for our first time there. Unfortunately, that is where the good customer experience ends and everything else falls apart after that. Bought a wedding ring from Nazarâs that day and brought in an engagement ring from another jeweler to get resized. They suggested I take it to the original jeweler, but it was out of state and in the end Nazarâs agreed to resize. The engagement ring had an engraving, and they warned it would come off due to the resize, but they COULD re-engrave it (it was written on the receipt). I would come back in 2-3 days to drop off the matching wedding band I did not have on me that day to also get resized (all this documented on the receipt). Everything was PAID in full that day. When I came to drop off the second ring there were different staff and although I had a copy of the receipt they gave me a hard time that it could not be done why did the original sales person say that. Had to explain what the receipt said and after delegation they took it, oh and the kicker was they could not find THEIR original copy of the receipt, so they had to keep my copy. Amazingly the turn around time was earlier than expected and I said I would pick everything in 4 days. I get there and the rings are ready, but I notice that the engagement ring was not engraved (again different staff from the first 2 times). Had to explain to them yet AGAIN what the receipt said. They said they would find out why it wasnât engraved even though the receipt said they would. They came back and said they only do engravings to their rings and if I wanted to get it engraved it would be an additional charge and I would have to leave the rings again. Wow. Is there a quality check in that place? They could have called me and explained this to me before I picked it up that the ring was not engraved, I had to find out on my own and point it at them. They kept my original receipt that had all that information and rewrote a new receipt, why? Of course, the new receipt has nothing to say about engraving, just ring purchased and resizing. Luckily, I have a pdf copy of the first receipt, since they kept my original receipt. Very bad experience, unorganized and conflicting statements from them. I left feeling REALLY BAD about my purchase and interaction with Nazarâs, like if I was cheated out of their initial promise. I paid in full that first day not sure if I was charged for that engraving, but it was written on the receipt to engrave. The fact that every time I went in it was a different story and their staff was conflicting, I do not...
