Geek Squad disappoints me because every time I send my Sony's 1000 watt speakers home theater they asked me to take it somewhere else like I don't understand Geek Squad I thought you guys repair stuff to place my order to replace a new one but they said they cannot because I have 5 years insurance for the speakers or is it home theater I don't understand what is it about having a good employees from Geek Squad and they can't even fix my issues so what's the point of going to Geek Squad but I'll tell you what that's not how business Works business is to work a consumer who bought your products from Best Buy and if something happens or breaks then fix it but to me that is my favorite building from Best Buy from Richmond to Galleria because I bought a lot of products in that company in Best Buy but end of the day Geek Squad needs to get their heads together because if they don't then they're going to have a lot of big problems with Geek Squad issue policy that's why I never ever go to Geek Squad because these guys are a bunch of cowards who doesn't want me to fix my home theater that's a waste of money that's why they need a learn more I but I wonder why people hated Geek Squad because these guys are joke to fix a tech but I'm so satisfying to take it somewhere else that he can make business right but I give him a one-star because Geek Squad there a joke Best Buy I give it 5 stars because they're the best Best Buy company I ever had and I enjoy Best Buy not key Squad or Magnolia they're the best to of their surround sound speakers and a home theater I gave him five more stars for Magnolia and Best Buy but...

I bought a PIONEER AVH-4201NEX radio for my truck and they recommended geek squad installation. Parts and installation fees cost as much as the radio itself but that's cool with me because I liked the touchscreen radio. When I went to Geek Squad Auto tech Bay for the first time for installation, after about an hour, the guy said that the harness I got is not compatible so we had to order another. I thought that was fine as people do make mistakes. I told the guy to go through everything and make sure all are compatible. He said everything else is fine.
So I got another appointment after two weeks. When I went there for the second time, after two hours of juggling, the guy told me that the replacement dashboard is not compatible and the one that's compatible cost about $300. It's about a month since I bought a stereo and at that point I felt like geek squad has no idea what they are doing. So I decided to return everything and get my money back.

Read moreKicking myself for buying a TV from best buy & not reading the reviews. NO customer service option. 37 " TV under 1yr old volume & picture issues. So far their tech support says it could be a component going bad. Outdated software possibly. This is after 4 hours wasted on the phone. They said I couldnt just bring it in I had to have the "Geek SQUAD" come out. The guy walks in my house & before even getting near the TV he passes the buck & says it is my cable box.. I dont have Cable or Sat Nice try, then he said it was the DVD player.. that wasnt even hooked up! He left leaving it at that so I called they told me I could set another appointment for all day Saturday! YEAH!!!!!
