The nail technicians at Montrose Nails really know their stuff. I have not had anyone do a better, more professional job than they do, and definitely not for as low of a price as they charge.

I started coming here for the occasional manicure before important events and later got hooked by the shellac/gel nails trend. I visit regularly now and always receive the same high quality for low cost.

I don't stick with the same technician every time, but that doesn't matter because all of the techs are phenomenal. The few times I've visited other salons, the polish could end up being a bit crooked in areas, or the shellac would begin to peel up after about a week. This never happens at Montrose Nails; my edges look perfect and the shellac doesn't peel for at least two weeks.

The shop is also incredibly accommodating at fitting customers in, even at the last minute. It's few and far between that I'll get turned down for an appointment later that day.

The only thing lacking in this salon is a better atmosphere. The shop is cluttered and a bit messy with old furniture that shows a lot of wear and tear. However, their practices are entirely hygienic and you simply can't beat their quality results and prices.

This isn't the place to go with a big group of friends to get a pampering, spa-like experience. But it's perfect for a down to earth girl with a crazy schedule and a...

So I’ve been going to Milano nails for a very long time. But I’ve gotten impatient with the fact that they have a factory like atmosphere. I feel like I don’t get enough attention, and I’m always rushed. I went to here twice now, and I am completely sold. First of all, they have been open for 19 years. That’s enough. The first time I went I had a pedicure by Debbie, she did an amazing job, and I am very picky on my feet especially. Typically I learn to do my nails myself, but I had a friend in town and didn’t have the time. So I decided to stop here on a Saturday afternoon, four days after getting my pedicure. Because I had such a great experience with my feet. Lisa did a full set of me. She listen to exactly what I wanted, and she was extremely friendly. She spent an hour on my set. The shape was perfect, not chunky, and very detail oriented. They have a return customer for life. The prices are insanely reasonable. I had a full set gel on top on acrylic (1 color) for $50. My pedicure was upgraded and also reasonable. This literally reminds me of the salons I would go to in high school, but with better service and higher quality technician. I miss these...

Came here yesterday for the first time and was a little nervous at first at how small the shop was because they only had 5 pedicure chairs, but I was very pleasantly surprised. Everyone was super nice, and honestly it was actually really nice that the shop was smaller than most because you could tell they actually cared about the customers rather than churning people out like a mill (like a lot of other salons in the area. I got seated right away (came at 2:30 pm on a Saturday) which is always a plus. Ivey did my nails, I got almond shape pink and white ombrĆ© powder, and she did SUCH a fantastic job! I also got a shallac pedicure, I didn’t catch her name, but she likewise did a really great job! Really happy I tried this place and would...

When your previous nail lady and you break up unexpectedly (😰), you search high and low for your next committed relationship. I found Montrose Nails today and loved it so much! Van did my hands (acrylic with shellac) and Kim did my pedicure and both were phenomenal. The attention to detail was meticulous (everyone has some sort of PTSD from a cuticle burning or under the nail pain with the dreaded machine) - today I had no painful moments!! That, in itself, is a victory. I love my nails super super short, and Van listened to me and was so accommodating. Kim did a fantastic job with the tragic situation that *were* my dry heels. Prices are very reasonable, and I look forward to going back! Cheers to the start of my next relationship!
