I went there today at 2-3pm.. it was the worst experience of my day. U can find everything there but there is an old lady who treat me very bad way. Idk how she can work there if she acts like she doesnt Care about the customer.. First of all I found a watch without tag that was inside another box.. so I took the watch and went to somebody from the store and ask very politely about the price because didnt have any tag,she immediately say: Miss Linda.. and then the story starts.. Miss Linda an oldie lady was fixing the jewelry stand, a necklace fell down to the floor, for helping her I took the necklace and gave it to her but she super rude say I dont want that put anywhere ( I was just trying to help and ve polite) so I put the necklace on the stand.. she walked to the watches stand and then shouted where Is the woman that wants the watch: did u go or what.. 🙄🙄 so she just looked any watch and told me the price is this $$ I asked her excuse me are u sure? And then she started saying what do u think, dont u see this pin dont u see it I have been working here for 10 years so what do u think, do u want it or not? she was shouting at me very rude, there were more customers near to me that also were shocked about her reaction.. maybe she is tired for being there for 10 years so why is she still there If she doesnt want to do it!😡😡😡 I would definitely go to another tjmaxx instead of going there again! Thank u...
Read moreThis is a review of Ms. Joan in jewelry. I had an item on hold. I was told to go shopping and come back to checkout. When I approached the jewelry counter to checkout Ms. Joan was helping another customer. I waited thinking she would at least acknowledge me. Ms. Joan never looked my way. She played around with some plastic bags and tried to do everything possible not to acknowledge me. Now I have been standing there for awhile. Her customer continued to look at items before she was ready to checkout. While i was standing there the mananger Kimberly walks by the area. Now it's my turn to checkout. I tell her, I have an item on hold. She says you can't checkout your other items here. I responded with the lady who put the item on hold said I could. She walks off to get some bags after saying I'll make an exception this time. The manager comes back with her. Now, Ms. Joan tells me infront of her manager I don't want you to feel "DISCRIMINATED". I never said anything about race or her avoiding me. At this moment I realized that she had projected her bias. The manager tried to apologize for her. However, the damage was done. I would like this interaction to be reviewed. This was unnecessary and unwarranted. I...
Read moreThis store is improperly managed. Jewelry returns can only be made at the jewelry counter, which is staffed by only one associate even though there's two registers. Manager will allow the sole associate at the jewelry counter to struggle on a Saturday; multiple customers have to wait in line for her help looking at jewelry when she is only allowed to help one customer at a time. However, a coordinator (like a supervisor) will come & use the other register to help out a fellow co-worker who wants to make a personal purchase. I asked the manager if he could help me with a return, he said "no, I have to stay at the front of the store" & he was just looking at his phone. Finally, the jewelry associate was able to help with my return, but she said "I've only been here 8 days", so she had to call the manager over for help anyway. I avoid this store whenever possible although it's in a convenient location. Manager needs to...
