The Bristol Condominiums — Attraction in Houston

This is the worst place we ever lived in our life. The management is super rude and unprofessional. One of the managers had some personal issues regarding our family and he was always talking back to us when we had to bring up some concerns regarding “no AC working” which is regular thing in this building ; no heat while it’s super cold outside, etc. When I was pregnant (6 months ) and had delivery of 4 big chairs they weren’t letting me to use the elevator. I can continue this list…but the only thing I noticed that if you’re young and have family with kids avoid living in this place. They’re clearly discriminating you because you’re younger than most of population in this building. Very bad experience!!! Doesn’t deserve even one star. It has a super nice cleaning staff, maintenance and valet/reception...

Have lived here for three months. We love it. Building managers are extremely helpful and welcoming. Building is well maintained and very secure. Quiet building with only four condos per floor. Beautiful pool area and gym. The lobby is impressive when you come in. The valets and concierge go out of their way to help with whatever you need. The weekend front desk staff is rude.

I stopped by The Bristol two weekends in a row and was treated with little respect.

As far as I know, The Bristol is a marketed as a luxury condominium. The employees should treat visitors with the upmost respect and curtesy.

I’ve had better experience with companies such as Hanover and Hines.
