I went to this location specifically looking for a middle eastern fragrance and I was pretty surprised by what I was able to find. This establishment shares its parking space with three other businesses so there is plenty of parking near this establishment. This store is actually on a corner but it says within the same retail center by the street. When you walk into the establishment you are immediately greeted by the security guard of the store to properly reach you. Inside of the establishment it's very constraint when it comes to walking in the aisles of the establishment. When walking within the store, the aisles are very small to walk through which is a challenge if there's somebody in that aisle. You would have to walk around that person or be having proper etiquette and just excuse yourself when you are looking for a specific item. The beauty section needs improvement in my opinion. Everything is disheveled and it's unorganized and it looks picked through. You can tell it was not organized at all in this beauty section. Surprisingly, the housewares section of the store seems pretty organized and the clothing that is offered within this establishment would need more work. I did not find anything in a infant baby boys section. Most of the items I did find in the baby aisle and for girls exclusively in every category from infants to toddlers to school age appropriately. The fragrances are near the front of the checkout counter and that is where the security guard is closely monitoring that section. In the perfume section of the store they have a variety of well-known and popular Middle Eastern fragrances. You also would find some well-known fragrances that you may come across and for a decent price. The checkout process in this establishment was fairly quick and the cashiers they're somewhat pleasant but if you start up a decent conversation then you'll be able to get a response. And when the checkout is completed you are formally greeted again upon leaving by the same security guard. He is very approachable but because of the job itself he must be assertive in how he speaks with customers specifically when they're going through the checkout process or even looking into the fragrance section of the store. This will be a great place to go to if you're looking for Christmas items if your shopping early and want to kind of get some things in place so that way you won't have the mad rush of people purchasing...
Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at this store. Upon checkout, I presented my official government-issued tax exemption card, which I have used here multiple times before without issue. However, the cashier, who was the last one on the left with a name starting with "H" (though her name tag was covered), rudely refused to process it, insisting that it must be printed on paper — which is inaccurate.
Her tone was extremely disrespectful; she interrupted and dismissed me multiple times. It wasn't until I requested a manager that the situation was resolved — the manager saw the card, confirmed its validity, and promptly processed the exemption.
The cashier's behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I expected better service, especially given that this is a government-recognized form of exemption. Very...
Read morePoor customer service. We were discriminated. It is 10/10/2014 and we made a purchase at 3:30. The lady who is the store manager mistreated us. I asked for another plastic bag since I purchased bulky items. She treated us as if she owned Burlington. I want to be contacted by Burlington customer service team about my experience.
They do not know how to treat customers. If you are in the customer service industry, you should treat people with respect and kindness! Those employees are not representing the company well.
I wish I could...
