Subway please educate your employees on how to use contactless payment method. After making 2 attempt to pay with Samsung pay, as I normally do. The employee placed my food on the counter and walked away from the register. She didn't even acknowledge the reason for walking away. After she helped the 3rd customer I waited patiently. Finally I asked are you refusing to serve me her comments in her words. " You keep playing with your watch" excuse me note that I have Samsung Gear S3 Frontier running the latest software update. Note I have made many purchases using my watch and phone from this location. She comments again saying that maybe you need to get a new watch. I was on fire. I will be reporting this worker tomorrow also they have lost my business for good. Congratulations. There is one other employee at this location that shows no respect or patience but I don't know her name. Going forward I hope things here change for the better. It's alright being that it has various food options to choose from, but the rent that the vendors are being charged here must be kind of high as I've seen multiple businesses open and close over the years (Sarku Japan, Indian Grills, Ninfas, Great Wraps, etc.). It's pretty busy during lunch time during the weekday and the food options are varied, but as someone else said, after lunchtime it can get pretty dead and some of the food places tend to shutdown. I think a lot of people head down into the tunnels now as that's where I have seen the bulk of the people headed out for lunch.

Since on the weekends the tunnels are closed, this place is one of the quicker places to get a bite to eat. On the weekends it's even deader as there aren't that many places open (about 3-4 ). The busiest is also around noon. If you wait til around 2 something most of these places will be...

I visited Subway in the Park Shops on 3-27-18. I ordered the spinach turkey bacon wrap. When I attempted to pay for my order, the cashier advises me that extra bacon was added to my order and wanted me to pay more. I advised the cashier that I did not order extra bacon and refuse to pay the increase. The cashier advised one of the serivce attendants to remove the bacon. The attendant removed the bacon and put it in the trash.The moral of the story is why would i pay for something that I did not order. Clearly, there is a communication gap or a learning curve.
