LifeSpa — Local services in Houston

I absolutely love the spa at Lifetime! It offers so many services, and everyone there knows me by name and genuinely makes the effort to connect. I go every two weeks for a blowout with Ariel—she never disappoints! It’s actually cheaper than a blow dry bar, with better products and way better service.

I also had a facial recently, and my skin looked amazing afterward—still glowing days later. I love that this is part of my gym—it’s truly my one-stop shop for self-care.

My only complaint? Lifetime does a terrible job promoting this spa. I’ve been a member for a while, and I feel like most people don’t even know it exists. Come on, Lifetime—this space is amazing. Start telling...

Not good service. I made an appointment for a massage so that I could relax after a stressful work week, and also have access to the facility. Changed my flight and hotel so that I could go. They called me the morning of my massage to say that the massage therapist wasn't available, and they couldn't accommodate me. I said that was fine, but still wanted to use the facilities and have complimentary access since I planned my day around the massage. They refused, stating that I needed to make a $40 purchase in their store order to access the...

I had a 30 minute massage booked with Derek. He made me feel very comfortable in our session and was mindful of areas that had more tension. He is very skilled and personable. I am glad that I booked with him and will be rebooking with him soon.
