Was here sometime last week during the happy hour times and we placed outside. We got there around 6:00pm and didn't finish until 830 or so because our orders didn't get fully placed In.
To make matters worse, we ordered off of the happy hour menu and the HRW but we didn't get our last happy hour items until after happy hour was over (and the HRW items were done being served too).
Did I mention I had to ask my waitress to replace my water after I found some GLASS floating in it.. more than 3 times in 30 minutes ? I used to work in the service industry so I know how busy and distracted a server can get but I also know how devasting a chipped glass found in cups can be.
So add that up with the extended time we had to wait before we could finally finish our meals added up to one of the worst experiences we've ever had at Town & Country, will definitely try to give this location another chance because it's not the first time we've been here , have celebrated our anniversary here and had plenty of positive experiences before but it'll be a LONG time before I give Mr. Fertitta's place another shot (even if I'm a hugely devoted...
Read moreI'm not the one to complain, however I'm a loyal customer to this specific location Town & County, Houston TX, 77042. Ive encountered association or manager Stacy and every time she is snotty and extremely rude to me. I have to address her and even then she is rude. I had coupons one was for free hand cream and another one was for a free full size body care item up to 16.95 for free and she said on a condensing matter the items I had this is free thie item you will purchased and this one is actual free but this one is not free due to is not 16.95 and that was it no however you can get this item and purchased another item for less than this item. So feeling humiliation going back to find a item within the price ranges getting back in line ,upon arriving to next cashier to assist Stacy avoiding me stalled so she wouldn't assist me. After I checked out Stacy once again avoided me as i exit the premises which i found...
Read moreThey tow even their own customer's cars!. I parked in front of Beautique Day Spa and Salon then walked straight to get some stuff in the City Center, later came back and had dinner at la Madeleine Country French Café located in Town & Country Village. Finally found my car got towed because I left the freakin Town & Country Village.
This is my recommendation for a person who'd like to park in Town & Country Village but planed to enjoy your money in the City Center. Park your car anywhere in Town & Country Village (preferably close to the City Center) Swing by a store around where you park, say hi to a front counter (pretending you're a customer) and then you're good to go.
Recommendation for the owner of Town & Country Village If you don't have money, call or email me, I will give you some. Do not rob us like this, in my home country, it's...
